Went into store and had several keys made - great. Ask if they could rekey a couple of security gates and he said call me on Monday and I did. Told me he would call in an hour after another appointment but never called. Tuesday I texted him to no avail. My brother who owns the property tried securing his services several time before but they never showed up for the appointment. My house is two blocks from his store. SMDH

Okay, let me start off with a huge THANK YOU BRIAN!!!! I called them first as they were first on my search and gave me a time frame but I was hoping for something sooner so I called 4 other companies on my search and yes they could come out sooner but the prices were so much more they ranged from $100 to $200... I didn’t even reach $100 with Brian. He knew what he was doing. Was very kind and polite. He was able to get me back into my house and even use the same key for the used lock he used. Again, great job and Thanks!!!
