Homeowner here. Worked with HD Kitchen designers to design a kitchen. Prices are good here. The staff is nice and welcoming. The installers worked hard and we're very happy with the end result. Emily is a nice person to work with and highly recommend working with the people at Granite Dept. The staff took care to line seams up on the counter top and backsplashes. It's not possible to line everything up but it looks natural and we certainly enjoy it. We had kitchen and dining countertops installed, along with a waterfalled island. We installed under, over, kick lighting for a pretty awesome effect that makes our house a lot of fun to be in.

I am a real estate broker/investor & I do a lot of my own renovation & tile etc..I needed to do a major demo & prep to get ready for the counters to be installed. The measure guy's recommendations saved me from making a couple of huge mistakes & allowed me to rebuild the cabinet bases properly & add height that I did not know I needed. Quality of Installed product, counters & undermount sink was 10 out of 10 & I am VERY VERY critical & that's why I am so blown away by a company that ACTUALLY DOES AN AMAZING JOB!

The Granite Depot team did an amazing job with the entire process. Emily was helpful in getting the best prices for our countertop choice and made sure our custom requests were understood prior to installation. The install crew worked all day installing over 120sq ft of Daltile quartz in our main and chef’s kitchen back in Nov 2021, just in time for Thanksgiving. The island was complex as we wanted waterfall edges on both sides with an integrated eat in table at one end. The crew was good in getting all the details right. The mitered edges on the water fall is perfect and still perfect nearly 6 months after the install despite the house is still settling. The seams on the countertop were also very clean and nearly invisible. The crew also tucked the countertops into the drywall when there were high spots along the walls. In the end, the kitchen looks amazing. I’ve definitely recommended Granite Depot to a few of my friends already.

I would highly suggest going somewhere else to get countertops, my countertops cracked and they refused to do anything after they attempted to fix it and caused it to look worse. I went into granite depot I demand answers and they called the police, the young Asian kid even had the nerve to threatened to come to my home. Yes it cracked 9 months after install, every other place gives a one year warranty on the countertops. But you don’t, and yes we did come to an agreement which included rather than replacing ever in of countertops we would just replace that section. I was going to pay a separate company to do the install of the new section and you guys would provide the material. Then you guys wanted us to pay for a new measurement? Even though we were paying for the install and saving your company the cost of replacing all the countertops and backsplash. Granite Depo kept changing the agreement. And yes I took a receipt and you called the police and said I robbed you and assaulted you, which was a complete lie and know you have told me to take you to court?

My husband and I personally cannot recommend granite depot. I have seen negative reviews where they say they have never worked with someone.they installed our granite. Our granite was not installed properly causing the granite to crack in several places and they refused to fix it. We noticed it several weeks later after the basement contractors were allowed to start working again with COVID per Ohio law and they refused to fix it. They said we signed off on it. There was a significant language barrier with the installer and we were only asked if it looked pretty nothing else. They said it was our responsibility to determine if it was installed correctly. As a homeowner how am I to know if its installed to standards, I have to trust the granite installer to do the job correctly. From the pictures you can see the granite not level yet the cabinets were verified as being level the day before. No Rod was used on underside of granite near sink which is per the Marble institute of America Standards which caused bowing and the granite cracked in multiple places. When my husband called a woman was screaming at him loud enough someone came from the other room to ask if he was okay. They refused to fix the granite said we must have broke it which is ridiculous. We asked how is it possible we could have done it to which she said nothing. She then said we must have done it when we put the sink in yet we did not put in the sink Granite Depot did.
