Scott and Jon came out to our building in Dublin, OH this morning to put a new security and user/door management system. After install was finished they walked me through all the new equipment to show me what had changed from our previous provider and stuck around to make sure that I was able to log into the back office from my computer as well as on their app. everything works as expected. They were both very respectful, gave great service, and left our building cleaner than when they came in. If you are a building owner or property manager I would highly recommend speaking with Koorsen as they offer many services and their costs were very competitive vs what we had been paying.

Leanna was patient, professional, and determined to make sure that of my questions were answered and all of my service needs were met. I want to take the opportunity to say Koorsen fire and security has been a pleasure to work with. Dave did an excelled job of running the wire through the whole building. He did not interrupt anyone from working during the whole time he was here. Scott and John are excellent to work with as well. They have actually done both of my businesses. They take their time with teaching everyone how to use the app. If we had questions Scott and John were very knowledgeable on answers. The whole team is very Customer Service base, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Koorsen fire and security.
