Americas Floor Source was the easiest shopping experience for carpet. We bought a new home and had to get the carpet replaced and they were able to help us find what worked for us and get installed within 2 weeks of our first visit! We are thrilled with how it turned out and we will 100% be back when we are in need of flooring again! HUGE thank you to Conor for making this process so seamless.
This was a large project. 6 rooms and a hallway of luxury vinyl and carpet on stairs. We loved everything about this project and this company. This was our first time using this company and our salesman Rich was very helpful and I believe quoted us a fair price for so much product and work. Everyone involved in the installation was fantastic and professional. The finished results were nothing short of stunning. This was a large investment in our home that both my wife and I think was worth every penny and so much more. It’s hard to put into words how happy we are with the finished results. We highly recommend America’s Floor Source.

We had a great experience with America's Floor Source and specifically Rich. We were looking to replace carpet in our entire second floor and Rich was able to provide some great suggestions based on what we were looking for. From there the scheduling process with quick and painless and we had new carpet installed 2 weeks later. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Top to bottom a great experience. Rich from sales was easy to interface with and found me exactly what I wanted.
Sonny and Emilio on the install team did an amazing job putting the floor down including making some great work of some tough transitions.
Overall amazing experience. Definately recommend.

I purchased a home in July of 2023, that had LVP flooring installed by AFS. After a few months of owning the home, I noticed several areas that were peaking, not fitting right & crackling as I was walking on the floor. After realizing that AFS was the one who installed the floor, I gave them a call to see what options would be available to me - understanding that the warranty is not transferrable once the home is sold to another individual. However, I wanted more information on when the flooring was installed, the product that was used, etc so that I could try to figure out the source of the issue.
After calling the sales person who sold the floor to the previous homeowners, there was no recollection of AFS installing a floor at my residence. I was told that this was due to a system change & some records being deleted they were unable to provide any details on the installation of the floor. However, AFS offered to install a new floor multiple times which was frustrating as I was simply looking for a fix for my existing problem.
I then was referred to a manager Tom who also tried to pull together some details on the floor; however, was only able to state it was likely due to water damage, floor joists being too far apart, sub flooring issues etc. Essentially anything but the installation or manufacturer was the issue.
After multiple interactions with the manufacturer and AFS, they were able to give me some notes that the floor was installed around 2019; however, still were unable to give me details on prep and what may be causing the issue.
I had several flooring companies give me a quote to fix the issue, and it was explained that the floor is failing likely due to there not being an expansion gap when the flooring was installed. I sent multiple pictures & questions to AFS; however, received less than helpful information. About 700 sq ft of the 1000 sq feet that AFS installed is having problems 4-5 years after installation, which is frustrating. I would expect flooring to last longer than 4ish years or at least a solution other than spending 8-10k to install new flooring.
Update (6/14/2024): Since the "Owner" said they were looking into the issue, I have no been contacted even after submitting requests through their customer service portal. Since writing my original review the floors have gotten significantly worse without any assistance from AFS.
Additionally I found the original invoice, which AFS was unable to do so. These floors were installed March of 2021... In 3 years they have completely come apart and the entire floor needs to be replaced without any help or ownership from AFS.

I had a great experience buying my Luxury Vinyl flooring from America’s Floor Source! It was a huge decision for me to get new flooring so I was a little nervous about it. But I worked with Rich Barnabei and he took such great care of me throughout the entire process. It took me awhile to choose what I wanted because there are so many options but Rich was very patient with me. I am really happy with how great my new floor turned out!

We had an incredible experience with America’s Floor Source from start to finish! We worked with Jessica Tucker and she was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and extremely helpful. She worked with our designer to coordinate schedules since we were doing a kitchen and master bath renovation in addition to all new flooring in our home. Jess was quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. She was top-notch through the entire process!
The crews that came into our home to install the engineered hardwood and carpet were some of the most hard-working people we have ever encountered. In addition, they were courteous and respectful, which was important since we work from home. Their workmanship was 5-star!
We would definitely recommend America’s Floor Source for all of your flooring needs. They provided us with amazing customer service and products that we will enjoy for years to come.

From start to finish AFS is very professional in customer service, and offers excellent quality products. We are thrilled with the outcome of our floors, both in LVP and carpet! The install teams were prompt and communicated well with us, and when problems arose the install team and our sales rep worked quickly to resolve them. The whole experience was great! There was one snag with not knowing our carpet was glued, but the crew got things done with no problem. The communication was great from our salesman, Joel Woods. We received an email from Tim Lark, the installation manager as to when our installation would be performed and everything was right on time as scheduled. Both crews were very respectful of our home, and when both jobs were done, there was no trace that they had been here besides the new floor and the carpeting. Highly recommend American floor source for any flooring need it was a good experience from beginning to end.
