Had a great experience with Bob Webb coming out and trimming after the flooring was laid. The basement floor was wildly uneven and I was initially told there was little to be done to make it look right. Bob did a fantastic job explaining what he could do and then went above and beyond doing it. I couldn’t ask for better results! Thanks to Tim Lark for hearing me out, reassuring my concerns, and getting me set up with Bob.

These folks did a really good job installing our floor. The work was well done, and we are satisfied with the results. They did a couple things I was not happy with. One, they asked for 50% down, which is normal, but since we were not financing, they wanted the OTHER 50% before they would install, and didn’t advise us of that until just before installation. I found that to be unusual, and honestly a bad business practice. The other thing was, they NEVER followed up after installation. No call, no email. They obviously don’t care about doing our carpeting, which is next. We will find someone else. As far as the work and materials, they did great.

Ed was very easy to work with. He answered all our questions, explained all the different options we had for carpet selection and kept us informed through the whole process. The installers were very good. They did an excellent job installing our new carpet. We just had our walls painted and I was very pleased to see that they never nicked any of the new paint. I would recommend this company to everyone and plan on using them in the future.

Disappointed in the final product and overall service they provided. I would recommend you do your research before orders product from this company. I provided samples of the type of carpet I was looking for. I was very direct in that I didn't want carpet that showed traffic patterns and would be long lasting. I ordered from the 2x2 sample with an experienced sales person telling me this would be great carpet. I had my carpet installed on August 27, 2020 and within minutes of it being laid I could tell it was going to show traffic patterns. I received a follow up call from AFS and let them know how unhappy I was. AFS claims they contacted the manufacturer and I followed up with them and as of today 1/26/21, have not heard a thing back. I spent large amount of $ and very disappointed in the product, customer service and follow up. Would not recommend them. Pictures are from day 1 of carpet being placed.

Our overall experience was wonderful! I am a total nag and definitely pestered our sales person Jason on numerous occasions. Jason was always polite and helpful. There were a few hiccups, such as not having a stair nose, a small scratch, and some uneven white caulk, but I called the customer service # & they answered right away. The hiccups are still in the works, but I had to take a min to tell everyone about my experience so far. I absolutely love my new floors and overall it was a very easy process.

Our over all experience with America's Floor Source was amazing. It was so convenient to have Ed come to our home with Samples of everything from Carpet to Laminate Flooring. He was very experienced and knowledgeable to help us make the right decision for our flooring project as well as safe and social distancing while measuring our home for a quotation. After reviewing all options of carpet or Laminate flooring we decided to have our old carpeting replaced with new carpeting thru out the Dining Room, Living Room, Stairs and Hallway. The carpet and padding we picked out were all in stock and ready for installation. When the installers arrived they were very friendly and professional and got the job done in one day moving all the furniture, taking out the existing caret, and replacing the new and looked great. My husband and I loved the new carpeting so much we called Ed and decided to do our 3 bedrooms as well.
