Terrible experience, I would suggest America's Floor source on Trabue road. A much better deal without paying for 20 suits walking around talking about their "glory days". Overpriced nonsense with a Lego building center in their office.

Customer service no longer exists in this day and age.. whomever it is that is picking up the phones over there should take a course in phone etiquette and proper customer service. She obviously missed that course. I will take my business elsewhere.

This is the slowest dal tile I've ever delivered to. Most of the time at other centers 30 to 45 minutes and I'm unloaded and on my way. Here it's been almost 2 hours and they've only got a couple of pallets off.

Great team and dedicated to helping customers. We use this center for as many of our customers as we can because they make it easy and have a great selection.
