Bonnie O’Neal was an exceptional thought partner to my spouse and I as well as our builder. Many well thought out recommendations and a guru at colors, grout matching and overall esthetics. A delight to work with. .

Easy scheduling, great schedule confirmation and technician called on his way. Easy diagnosis, explanation of repair and it was fixed quickly. Glad we were recommended by our neighbors and would gladly recommend to others.

Hamilton Parker recently repaired our garage door tension rod that had broken. What I love about them is that they are straight forward with quoting right over the phone and in person - unlike some companies that price gouge through using tablet sales tactics. This is a trustworthy company to deal with in my two experiences with them.

HP's showroom offers the best selection in town for kitchen, bath, patio and fireplace materials. But, what makes the experience so special is working with their design experts! We have worked Sebastian O. several times, we keep going back to him! Sebastian is very responsive, he has a fantastic eye for design and complimenting accessories and his personality is contagious! Thank you, Sebastian, for helping make the renovation process much more enjoyable!

I had a small firepit project & I used Hamilton Parker to procure the material. The sales woman helped when I had multiple questions, regarding my project. In fact, at one point, I had 3-4 people around me helping get samples, answering my questions, or bouncing ideas off each other. They stayed in contact with me throughout the sale. They honored my military discount. They also took some returns at the end of the project when I had material left over once my project was completed. I am also work in the commercial construction industry, and we use Hamilton Parker for material. They are a 5 star company in my book!

We have used Hamilton Parker for both of our bathroom remodels. Service is fantastic! We have just finished our order for our second bathroom. James showed attention to detail and helped us find exactly what we wanted.

Had them install a garage door through our builder. Just over 18 months in the home the garage door spring broke. Called another company to come a fix the spring so we can use our dor before the holiday weekend and low and behold the installer (Hamilton Parker) installed the door wrong to begin with as evidence by the pictures we took prior to moving in. The bar with the spring at the top of the door (just over the opening) was bent from day one which put pressure on the bearings and rollers then in turn with the recent cold snap put too much pressure on the spring and it snapped. $1300 later we now have a functioning garage door and the bar holding the SPRINGS (plural this time sine HP only installed 1 spring) is straight and level as it should have been in the first place. Update: Spoke with Cheryl today and she stated she would review the install from when the house was built (July 2021) Got a call back and surprise surprise she stated she didn't see anything wrong with the install. Told her that that may be part of the problem then if they don't see anything wrong with the install. I am attaching before and after pictures to this review so no one else gets screwed by Hamilton Parker. Cheryl stated to me there was also nothing they could do since we were past the one year warranty. SMH great customer "service" right? Notice in the first picture (taken right after install) that the bar is sagging. This puts extra strain and pressure on everything (spring, rollers, cables and bearings) The second picture shows a level bar (correctly installed) after the repair by another obviously more capable company.
