Danny at Apex Garage Door Services is the ultimate go-to guy! I had the unfortunate incident of backing into my garage door ?, but Danny came to the rescue. Not only did he replace it flawlessly, but he also ensured it matched the strict rules of my condo. I can't thank him enough!

Excellent customer service. I contacted them through their website after 7:00PM and someone called me very soon afterwards. Sam came that night, explained what had happened and fixed it with expertise. He answered all my questions, too, and wasn’t bothered by me watching him work. It was a very pleasant experience with the Apex team. I highly recommend them.

Received great service from Apex. Had an issue with my garage door and they came out promptly to assess my problem and quickly got me scheduled to get my issue resolved. The technician Sam that came out was superb! He did a great job fixing the issue with my garage door all while providing outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend!

Daniel and Sam (trainee) arrived on time and introduced themselves. Daniel was excellent at explaining everything they were looking at and testing and was reassuring that everything was basically working well. There was no charge for this review and no hard sell. Only the rollers were rated yellow on a scale of green, yellow, red; everything else was green. They felt I would be OK for awhile not to do anything and showed me what to watch for on the rollers. While the spring looked OK now, it was 20 years old. Because of a previous experience at another house, I elected to go ahead and replace the spring and decided to replace the rollers at the same time. Sam did most of the installation and they both had me watch the tests after the work was completed. I felt the price was reasonable and was glad there is a 3 year warranty on the spring. I enjoyed working with both Daniel and Sam, both have a great sense of humor, and I would definitely use Apex again.
