“ Precision is a name you can trust, “they ain’t never lied. Percision was on the higher end of the initial estimates I received, but the service was excellent. Jeff provided the estimate and listen to what and how the space would be utilize. Precision offered a quality door with ancillary products, while other companies were charging extra for the same items. The additional fees would have been substantially more the price quoted by Precision.
On he day of installation Dmitri visited my home. There was a slight delay due to one of the installers experiencing a family emergency, however, he workmanship was top notch and the area was cleaner than they when the installation began. A couple hours later my door was installed. Dmitri the installer was pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. Thank you Precision for a wonderful experience.
Our garage door broke on a holiday and Precision was the only place we called that responded and was able to send somebody out to repair it quickly. Matt E. was our technician. He called prior to his arrival, arrived within the scheduled time frame, and had everything he needed in his van to repair the problem in a timely manner. He was very personable, easy to work with, and he presented us with a few options to allow us to fix the problem within our budget. Highly recommend and would definitely call them again!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. From the very start with their thorough initial quote to the seamless scheduling of my repair, they were professional and efficient. Derek repaired my old garage door did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. What I appreciated most was their honesty—I never felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door needs. Excellent service all around!

Understatement of how helpful David was. He’s welcomed to any cookout or event I host! Thanks again for the assistance and being personable while assisting my lady and I during our mini crisis. The overhead garage door repair was repaired in a very reasonable time. The following maintenance was explained to us very thoroughly even tho one of our children was having meltdown during the explanation. Thanks

Josh was amazing. I booked my appointment for a that day and he called within 10 minutes asking if he could head over. Very courteous and polite and gave me updates along the way. You expect companies to charge you for every little piece and new part possible but he actually tried to salvage as much as possible to get my door fixed and operable again. Thank you Precision and mostly Josh Walker for being awesome!! You have gained a life long customer!!!

Unfortunately our garage door was out of commission Saturday night. I messaged them the same night and gotten a quick response and appointment setup for Sunday afternoon. Matt Eberly was our technician. He did an amazing job explaining what we needed fixed, the parts, and warranties. He was so awesome for taking off his boots to walk on our carpet, thank you again for that! I highly recommend Precision for your garage needs and repairs!!
