You drive right past Menards to get here and I’m so glad to support this local business. They are friendly and help me a DIYer just as if I was a pro. So much quicker and better than going to a big box.
Our fridge has been leaking and it’s brand new. I called “kim”(old in her 60s white lady) few weeks ago, she couldn’t help and stated she couldn’t find us in the system. She said she will call us, she didn’t call. I called this week to follow up because our freezer is now defrosting, some white lady answered and said she will put in a service. Good thing I called to follow up the next day, found out they didn’t put it in the system. I spoke with Moby (white) yesterday, he finally put it in the system and said they will call to schedule the appt to come look at it. Now the entire fridge is not working!!! I’m p*ssd!!! This company is trash! Can’t handle business. My builder bought this fridge from them, not me. I wouldn’t transact business with this people again. There’s only one thing I can think of that’s why they’re disrespectful—-I am Asian and female. They can hear that on the phone and they didn’t give a fak *! Just wait, my husband will be calling them and he is white. They’re prolly gonna be like—yes sir! At your service right away sir! Ha! Racist and unprofessional!

Delivery starts at 8 am, but they only have two receiving docks and they do their trucks first. You have to be quick to get in the docks or the locals will cut you off. My recommendations don't show up until 9am. Once in the dock, unloading was very quick and efficient. Less than 30 minutes.

Called this place before driving. The lady on the phone (think her name was Allison) was very helpful and informative. She was able to locate the part and inform me the price and number in stock. She provided me with a "quote number" which I provided to the Service Desk upon on my arrival.
The place is very well contained as in reference to Social Distancing and safety/health. I really appreciated that when I was inside. Justin at the counter was very helpful and informative as well. Great customer service skills.
All around it was a great experience and now I know where to call/drive for any of my plumbing needs (i live 20 minutes from the shop but very worth the drive).

I was looking a rare heating element for an old sears hot water heater they took the time to look for it. No one else had it. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great plumbing store.
