Great Company to Do Business With! As a electrical contractor I can say subcontracting work with this company has been a pleasure as we have been working with this company from the start of our own business. Very Professional and understanding. Prompt payments on Invoices and quick turn around times on quotes. If you are a contractor, these are great people to work with!
I personally love Loeb. They carry a wide variety of product and a good quantity of it. They are quick to deliver if needed and the staff is great. Their showroom has prices on a lot of their product and tools so you don't have to ask them to pull up the price of everything you are interested in. They are definitely a great electrical supply house.

These guys had no clue on what I needed nor how to help me. Technician guy on the phone didn’t seem to know what he was doing and kept asking his manager in the background questions. I could hear his irritated manager and it genuinely sounded like they wanted to just hang up and not attempt to help me at all. Poor service.

Loeb has always been one of my favorite suppliers during the past 42 years I have worked with them. They are quick to respond to anything we need and they build a strong partnership with their customers. Long before I worked with them, our company had a fire that destroyed our factory. Loeb offered much assistance during that time and advised that we could pay them when able. Now that's dedication to the customers and dedication is what you will receive when working with Loeb. Congratulations on your 110 anniversary.

The computers "went down" when I tried to check out. Attendants had to rescan my item from the showroom floor 3 times. 2 guys are running 1 register and still have no idea how to troubleshoot it. I give the 3 stars to the products and the customer service.
