The duct cleaning was just as professional as the sales and install of my units. Mike showed up on time and after a quick survey of the vent placement in the house got right to work and zipped around the house and was done with the whole job in a couple hours. He showed us pictures of before and after the cleaning and the difference is stunning (the amount of debris in the system was amazing fyi). Again I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is having AC/heating issues in their homes.

Steve Layton & Austin arrived on time. Both got to work right away, in the basement, then Austin worked outside Cleaning the unit, while Steve explained what would be an upcoming issue, since my unit is getting older. I agreed for them to go ahead and add the parts that would extend the life of my unit. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I feel, I’ve made a good choice by continuing to have Atlas do my AC and heating.

We had gas leak from the oven range. We called Atlas Butler since we had excellent experience with their appliances including the heater and the air condition not to mention the professional knowledge of their workers. Indeed, again they did an excellent job. On the first day, John and Michael came to diagnose/pin point the areas from which there was gas leak. Before leaving the house they called Shiloh and his colleague and guided them where to install the new gas pipes to replace the leaking pipes, and indeed Shiloh and his colleague who came next day, did incredible job. Initially, they thought that they will finish by 3:30 pm , but they stayed late until 8:00 pm, working non- stop for 12 hrs. They knew that we needed this job to be completed as soon as possible, since without gas we could not shower, or do laundry or cook. I command Atlas Butler for an excellent job, their incredible dedication and going the extra mile to help us. It was not cheap, but it was money well spent.

Our situation required us to replace our air conditioning unit during a 90+ degree, multi-day heat-wave. Atlas Butler came out within two hours of our initial phone call, diagnosed the situation, quoted us new equipment and we had a new air conditioner, furnace and water heater installed within 24 hours! Angie fielded my initial call and was professional, friendly, thorough and exhibited an understanding of the process (as opposed to "just answering the phone"). When I remarked to her about what a great job she was doing, she indicated that she is relatively new and just learning. Mark was terrific and sat down with us to provide various equipment options/prices. He sized the equipment and then explained the multiple choices thoroughly and outlined the benefits of each. The paperwork was completed at our dining room table and he indicated that a crew would be here at 8:00 the following morning (a Saturday!). As promised, Zach and his crew arrived at 8:00 am on the dot, and proceeded to remove all of the old equipment (an ancient air conditioning unit, furnace and hot water heater). They worked tirelessly for the entire, very HOT day. They were friendly, efficient and the final product is a thing of beauty! Zach then proceeded to walk us through operation of the new thermostat and answered all of our questions. Throughout our entire experience with Atlas Butler we were impressed with the level of communication (I received texts to confirm appointments and texts to let me know when our tech was on the way with their name and picture and arrival time.) Every step of the process occurred when they said it would. We are new to the Columbus area and in asking around about HVAC contractors, we were told that Atlas Butler had a reputation for being more expensive. It has been our experience that price often says something about value, and after this latest transaction with Atlas Butler, we feel that value was received -- and then some! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Atlas Butler to anyone considering their services.

I want to shout from the rooftops how great of a company Atlas Butler is! My AC broke the evening before my son’s graduation party. We also had family staying with us from out of town. Of course, this was also during hot, summer days in late May. An Atlas Butler technician was at our home within a hour of our call. He was friendly, professional and provided us with all the necessary information for our next steps. Once it was decided we needed to replace our unit, the sales representative was at our home within a hour after the first technician. Also, very kind and professional, he provided us with several options and walked us through which unit will serve us best. He set us up with an 8am install the NEXT DAY!! The install technicians arrived on time to our home and had our new until installed before the graduation party began! The two install technicians were wonderful! They kept our home clean during the install and were so patient working around my craziness of preparing for a graduation party. I will without a doubt, recommend Atlas Butler to everyone I know!

Great customer service, fast turnaround time and excellent pricing options. Worked with Kyle Albert on the sales end and couldn't be more happy with the level of service I received. Kyle took time to explain all the options and financing, without being pushy or trying to force a certain product/service. He worked with me and my budget to setup the best option for what I needed. Kyle expresses a great "can do" attitude and was happy to facilitate some additional items I wanted to have addressed, which involved moving the new unit further from the house and adding high efficiency vents. Kyle scheduled Austin and his team for the following morning. Austin and his team arrived promptly and began the install. The guys at Atlas Butler were incredibly professional and took great care to ensure the inside of my home was protected while they installed the new system. Install took most of the day. Highly recommend Kyle, Austin and the Atlas Butler team for your HVAC needs.
