Carlos was most helpful and informative. He diagnosed several areas of concern and recommended immediate solutions. This was my first experience with CJS Heating and Air and was impressed by Carlos and the company's overall customer response and follow-up.
CJS installed a new AC unit approx. 30 days ago. I had an issue yesterday and contacted CJS today for warranty service. They came right out and quickly diagnosed the issue. GREAT JOB AND GREAT RESPONSE!!

Enjoyed working with Justin; he spent the time listening to understand our desires and needs when we were buying new Furnaces and AC units for our new house. Not quite a 5 on the rating cause CJS kinda missed our firm deadline for the decision we made....couldn't consider them if we didn't have their offer on-the-table (we were doing a lot of comparison offers to see what the 'market' was saying)...

Mitchell was extremely thorough, kind and answered my questions. He took his time to fully evaluate my air conditioning system. I feel that he is extremely knowledgeable, sincere and willing to help me. I highly recommend CJS and Mitchell!

Justin conducted a follow up inspection of my A/C unit (installed by CJS 6 yrs ago) and was incredibly informational and thorough. I felt confident that I was receiving top notch service and expertise. Renewed my faith in this company.

My technician Anthony was very friendly and polite during my annual ac and furniture check. He showed me what he was looking for and went over a couple of areas to pay attention to. He even recommended a few things to keep extend the life of my equipment. Overall he was great and would recommend.

CJS has been great! We had new HVAC and water heaters put in May 2023 and has been a great overall experience. Today the technician Eric came out to do service and inspection and he was awesome! Very professional and helpful! See you in 6 months!

Carlos was awesome!! He was very straight forward with everything wrong with our AC and very informational. We already have him scheduled to come out and do a quote to get a new AC unit! Loved our experience with CJS!

Anthony and Mitch were excellent technicians. They were at our home for our annual a/c evaluation. They were both very pleasant, courteous and professional throughout the visit. They were thorough in their explanation of our unit and ideas for improving our efficiency and air quality.
