We had been thinking about putting in a new heat pump system and was interested in the Evolution Series by Bryant. Had heard great things about Columbus Worthing Air. On a Saturday afternoon we submitted an online request thinking we’d get a call early the next week. The phone rang about 10 minutes later and we had a consultation scheduled. Drew was our comfort advisor and was very detail oriented and patient. After reviewing our current equipment he provided us with many different options. We decided to proceed with the work and expected to be a couple weeks out on installation. That wasn’t true at all, Drew said we could have the new system installed the next day! Was shocked, we pushed it back a few days for installation. On the day of install our technicians were Andrew and Joe. Andrew called when they were on the way as promised and arrived to our home just before 10am. Throughout the process they were very kind and patient answering all of our questions. They finished up around 7pm that evening and made sure we understood the system and how to operate and maintain it. About 30 minutes after they left we had a small issue which required Andrew to return. Was expecting him to be frustrated and impatient but was very shocked to find out he was very patient and understanding. He truly wanted to make sure the system was working appropriately. It’s only been a couple days since install but the system appears to be running as advertised. We are beyond thrilled with the service we have received and would highly recommend to anyone. Can’t say enough good about Andrew and Joe. Thank you both for the great service and everyone else at Columbus Worthington Air.

I recently consulted Worthington Heating and Air, as my A/C unit was freezing up, and had reached the end of its shelf life. Response time was very good, and the man who came to look at the state of my current compressor and heat pump was very nice and seemed to be a well rounded individual. The only issue I had was the $99 fee for them to just tell us what is wrong. He then sent a salesman over around noon to speak with my fiancé on pricing of a completely new unit. (I was at work ) Not only did he intentionally attempt to price gouge. (Quoted us for three different systems, with the cheapest being $11,500 “I live in a two bedroom three story condo” ). But it appeared that he intentionally unhooked some wires in the basement, so our current A/C wouldn’t work at all, and we would become more desperate, and willing to pay the ridiculous price tag. I also noticed about three days later that they broke my basement window when they moved my patio umbrella from behind the compressor. This was never mentioned once. So I payed $99 for them to break a bunch of stuff, and intentionally try to take advantage of a young couple desperate for a new system. I ended up consulting Franklin heating and cooling. They quoted me for the exact same system at $6,998, and didn’t charge a single penny for the consultation. Imagine that!

Called in the middle of the night for an A/C failure issue and was fortunate enough to have a technician come in the morning. Fast, efficient service and the technician (Cameron) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough diagnostic and explained everything to me along the way. Fixed the problem and the job was completed within 12 hours of my initial service call. Great job!

I am very impressed with this company so far. I signed up at Home Depot for a special for Worthington Air to come check my old rusty a/c in my new house. Justin arrived on time, was very pleasant and efficient and explained in detail just how old my unit was. (I knew when I bought the house it would need replaced sooner than later.) He was able to set up an appointment with Ryan to come out same day to discuss options. Ryan was very personable, courteous, knowledgeable and answered my questions (even having to re-explain some for me). He did not pressure me into buying and provided me with the best option for my type of home/equipment. Then he was able to set up an appointment the next day for install. Brian and Jaren(?) arrived on time, were very nice, explained everything they were doing and were willing to answer any questions. They were polite in asking to do what they needed to do (like using my water to test the new equipment). Took most the afternoon, and I was satisfied with the quality of workmanship in all they had to do to get my system working. It was not a rush job, which I appreciated. And after they left, I noticed they even put rocks around the outside unit so that is one thing I do not have to worry about! All wore booties when in the house, all were pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend using Worthington Air for your heating/cooling needs. Thank you again for the wonderful experience I encountered of having to purchase such a big expense right out at the gate of owning a new home. I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, knowledge and respect shown from this group of men.

Columbus Worthington Air was great at helping me replace my A/C and furnace. Their team was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job of explaining everything and showing me options. My advisor Drew was very helpful and was able to get someone out within a couple days to install. The install team was very friendly and great at answering any questions I had and did a great job cleaning up once finished. Andrew was very professional and took great care of my home while working. I will definitely use Columbus Worthington Air again in the future.

Really impressive experience from start to finish. Michelle came to our house and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and personable and not at all pushy. I really enjoyed the sales experience, which is something I would normally never say. They were able to get us in very quickly to complete our air conditioning and heater replacement. The techs (Ba and Brock) were friendly, on time, and did a fantastic job installing the new systems. They finished earlier than expected and were great about explaining maintenance on our new systems. I have not had such an excellent customer service experience in a very long time. I would not change a thing about our experience. Highly recommend!!!
