I have been a customer for approximately 20 years. Custom Air has not only maintained, but installed my new systems in 2018. They have the best people from Mike who sets your appointments to the service techs Amanda is my go to, but when she was off had Austin do service on my AC. He was very patient and took the time to find the leak in a copper pipe in a difficult spot. If you want a great heating, cooling company Custom Air is the one to call. They are a 10 star company!

I’d heard of custom air from a neighbor. She had gone to school with one of the Custom Air technicians. I have never been home to greet any techs in the past. I’ve never had any complaints with any work done. Today OJ showed up as planned and worked on a mini split and two furnaces. Everything is working well and all the outside condensers are now sparkling clean. I recommend the annual service agreement 100%.

Noticed AC blowing hot air at 8 PM Sunday night. I have a service contract with Custom Air. I called them for emergency service. Tech Amanda called, reviewed potential charges. I agreed, she arrived at 9:00, replaced Capacitor and was back up by 9:30. Amanda was very capable, pleasant and efficient. Have been a customer for 15 years. Always satisfied.

I just had the semi-annual service call on my Trane furnace and air conditioner by CUSTOM AIR. Joe and a "trainee" completed the work. I have requested Joe for several years and have been very happy with his service and knowledge. He always keeps me informed as to what he is doing and how my system is functioning and is very personable! In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Joe and Custom Air!

I called Custom Air when I noticed my air conditioner was not able to keep my home cool on a hot day. They were able to come dispatch to my location a day earlier than expected, and with in an hour of their arrival, they had tested my system, found and corrected a leak and recharge my system. The air conditioner is working great and keeping me and my home cool. Great Service and friendly staff.

I am thankful that my neighbor recommended Custom Air for my furnace replacement. Everyone I interacted with from Custom Air was professional, insightful, and considerate. The sales specialist, Scott Haring, was extremely knowledgeable and patient while explaining/recommending appropriate furnace brands and model options for my specific home. I was equally impressed with the installers who completed the work. Buying a new furnace in a hurry is not an ideal situation, but Custom Air made it much easier and more pleasant than I could have ever imagined.
