Had my furnace blower replaced onJanuary of last year. Should still be under their warranty plus my furnace still has a warranty. The tech they sent out tried to get me to pay over 600 bucks to replace the blower that was still under warranty. After this little issue with dor mar trying to rip me off I will never deal with or recommend them again. Had another company come out to look at the blower and there was not a single problem with it. Don’t trust dor mar techs. After sending out an untrained tech they then wanted to send a supervisor out to look at the problem. If I can’t trust the tech you sent how can i trust any of your employees.

Dor-Mar is the ONLY company I will work with regarding maintenance of my A/C, Heat, Plumbing, and duct cleaning. They can do everything and do it in a friendly, affordable and professional manner.

Brad is the man! Very personable and professional. Not only found the problem quickly but instructed me on how to maintain my system between services. I'll recommend Dormar not only for the service they provide, but because of techs like Brad and their arsenal of service technicians.

Not sure if the wires are supposed to be hanging out after a brand new install of the air handler. The heat pump looks great from what I can tell but I’m not a professional. Otherwise 4 stars for now until I hear back from an install manager. The initial tech that came out was super informative and helped us get the right system without trying to upsell us. The install techs were quick and were polite HVAC is now working and wife is happy.

We have had heating & cooling issues at our company US AutoForce for a while. We called Dor-Mar Heating & left a message. They responded to our call same day and sent a specialist out the following day. Ron serviced our building. He was extremely friendly, professional and gave us a resolution so we can have air. Thank you for being pleasant Ron & fixing our industrial AC unit. We will continue to do business with Dor-Mar Heating And Air.

If only I could give this company zero stars. Most recently I was billed for time that: A. I was told was a free service I had already paid for via text message and B. Covered time the tech LEFT MY HOME because he was not prepared when he showed up. Billed for 2.5 hours of service when he was only at my home for maybe an hour and I have video to prove it. But I should be grateful according to Cindy because that was pro-rated! Wish this was my first bad experience but unfortunately I have given this company $20,000 in business and the benefit of the doubt too many times. Cindy and Skyler in their main office have been nothing but rude. I’m still waiting a year later for Garret the install manager to call me, (was just told this Tuesday by Cindy he would call me and I am still waiting). After FOUR install visits and THREE maintenance calls the company magically found the problem I’ve been complaining about once the warranty ran out. Which I would be interested to know when the warranty started the first day of installation where the crew left and didn’t finish the job. The second day when they just didn’t show up or the third day when the sprung on my husband and I they didn’t have the license to finish the work and we had to hire another contractor…. Hmmm Wonder. I would not send my worst enemy to this company and at this point I’ve reported them to the Ohio.attorney general consumer protection division.

Brandon did an excellent job serving my A/C and Mini Split cooling systems. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about my systems and very thorough in his work. I am going to request him for any future maintenance needs
