I wasn't impressed with Fire & Ice. Gabriel came out Friday. About 4 hours after he left it still wasn't any cooler. I called the company and asked for someone to come back out. Nobody called back. I called again Saturday. This time I got a call back. When Gabriel returned, it didn't take long to fix the problem. He was very nice and answered all of my many questions. I told him he turned it around - from me be extremely unhappy to appreciative that he was the one who came back. I'm sure they don't pay him enough :)

My AC had stopped working while I was awake at work. I called the office after hours in the evening and was able to speak to someone right away. A technician was able to come out the following day and fix the air conditioner during a very busy time. Harry the technician was very professional, neat and thorough. Just had an air duct cleaning service by a service technician named Isaac. He was very helpful and went over everything he was doing for the day. He went through everything thoroughly and did not leave a mess. The before/after pictures were like night and day. Strongly recommended if you have pets or have an older house with air ducts that have never been cleaned!
