Prepare to lose $175 if your application is denied for renting an apartment. It costs a fraction of that to run a screening report. Shame on Kaufman Development for being so greedy.

I like living here, but I don’t like having building wide walkthroughs of investors/insurance people every few months. No one likes having people barge into their home, especially when you give us a 2 day window that they could randomly show up. The cable company is more considerate! The outside of 801 really needs power washed and repainted. Some of the doors are painted different colors now. We pay a lot to live somewhere that looks like it’s not taken care of, especially when I know how great the maintenance team is. Overall, living here is nice and convenient. The leasing office team is great, I just wish corporate had a better idea of how they could improve and keep residents happy -- they're undoing the hard work of the onsite staff when they aren't considerate.

I am new to renting apartments, as I just moved out of my house of 10 years. I decided to move to the LVQ to try something new and Lauren from Kaufman has made this transition for me so easy. She is prompt, super helpful, never seems annoyed at my many questions, and communicated clearly with me throughout the application and move-in process. I really enjoy the atmosphere within the building and love coming home to my little corner unit each evening -- the views are absolutely stunning. While I do not have much to compare this experience to, I can't imagine anything better or more tenant-friendly. Many thanks to Lauren and the great team at Kaufman for easing my nerves about renting!

Kaufman development at the 801 is the best part of waking up. The manager is a very special person that wants to satisfy your residential needs. She has a pleasant welcoming smile when conducting business in a professional manner. The dynamic duo Jocelyn and Cameron are equally as talented with attention to detail. Simply they never skip a beat to the customer satisfaction drum. I have lived at the 801 for over a year and its a 5 star resort quality of living. The 801 has a security system next to none. It is what makes the 801 a place you can feel safe. The residents are professional ,polite , non intrusive but respectful of others. Please stop in for a tour that will surely be the best part of your day. I hope you enjoyed this review safe travels today, tomorrow and into your Polaris 801 future. Sincerely B. We lived in 801 Polaris and it is a horrible place to live in. Buyer Be Aware! The employees are all great people. Kudos to them. However everything else is a disaster. The construction design is so bad that you can hear your downstairs neighbor's phone ringing and you can smell whatever Indian curry food your neighbor cook via your bathroom fan that make you wanna throw up. And the WORST part, is that the fire alarm across the whole building goes off about once every other week, if not more often, when there's no fire or whatsoever. Imagine in the middle of the night sleeping you and your whole family are waken up by the extremely noisy alarm and after you wake up you realize there's nothing really going on. And imagine that sxxx happens a lot more frequent than any normal person would expect. Every time this happens I call the emergency line for help the guy on the other side of the line does not give a damn about what you are going through and just tells us there's nothing he can do. Overall it's is definitely a horrible place to leave in, especially considering the price we are paying, for the awful living experience
