I contacted Signature for a residential built-in project for my living room. Mario and his team were extremely helpful in taking our disjointed ideas and putting them into a design that we have enjoyed for several years now. The attention to detail with the hidden wiring and additional lighting in the unit always gets compliments and is a true focal point of our house. The installation team was friendly and made sure to leave our home in better condition than when they started the project. I have recommended Mario and his team to several friends and neighbors.
Mario and his crew are the best at what they do.

We are a small business in Upper Arlington. We contacted Signature Millshop on 12/6/18 for three custom displays. We heard they were the best. Mario Grilli came out to measure and we went over what we wanted with him. He drew up a plan and said he'd have a quote the following week. I heard nothing, and finally contacted him on 12/18/18 to find out where our quote was. He apologized and said he was "waiting on the glass quote". We waited and waited. I contacted Mario AGAIN on 12/27/18 to find out what was going on. He said the company they get their glass from is closed until Jan 2, and they release their new pricing. He'd contact me as soon as he talked with them. After hearing nothing, I AGAIN contacted Mario on 1/7/19. He said he was very sorry, that they still hadn't released their pricing and he said "I will have those numbers to you this week. I sincerely do apologize for the wait. I am waiting for them to release their 2019 pricing." Again.....nothing..... it is now 2/8/19 and we have given up.
I guess if Signature Millshop can't do the work for you, they will SAY they can but won't. They leave you hanging so you are MONTHS without your new store displays. We are BEYOND frustrated. This is no way to run a respectable business!!
