I appreciate your moving company for rescheduling when I had a conflict on the scheduled date. I appreciate the communications when knowing when my furniture was being delivered. My daughter accepted the delivery and stated all was well.
Mike was who I dealt with. He was so accommodating and flexible to meet my needs. On moving day the movers were excellent, fast, and nothing was damaged. They helped us with some extra items that needed moved ariund in our new place as well. I would use them for every move!

After seeing their reply: really interesting to see they once again won’t take ownership of the errors but point to the legal technicalities once again. You don’t hire professional movers so that you need to micromanage the entire process and watch their every move and correct when you think something isn’t right (though if you read my review, I did do this and it fell on deaf ears). You hire them so you can trust someone professional to do it right. Once again disappointed in the work and their response. Also, the blankets were not “extremely thin” as you can see from the photos. But even if they were… a blanket is better than no blanket when you’re packing wood along side metal. Whole experience after the physical move was a nightmare, especially how they treated us like just a job and not one they cared about at that.

I want to start by saying every interaction I had with George was professional and courteous. He responded to all questions in timely manner and was empathetic about all of the damages that occurred due to the packing.
We picked this company because of the excellent reviews but we are so disappointed and frustrated about the move and everything that happened after. We offered blankets several times throughout the move and each time the movers declined. There was a stack of about 9-10 blankets that could have been used to protect our items. The packing toward the end of the truck became careless and there was a lot of metal against wood without protective materials, which is a recipe for disaster. The movers knew we had a long drive cross country. We’d open the truck every day to get our suitcase only to find something else that looked damaged each morning.
We had many things damaged, the most egregious ones… a $700 bookshelf that I had purchased only 8 months ago, a digital upright piano ($1700) that was sentimental to me, leather barstools ($350 each), a west elm coffee table ($650). With the bookshelf, I stated to the mover I did not think the liquor / wine cases should be packed on the bottom shelf and that it wouldn’t be strong enough. He assured me it would definitely be okay. Sure enough, bottom shelf snapped off. There was also a bike packed against the bookshelf and the metal on the bike dug into the wood and scraped it off.
The move itself for a 3 bedroom townhouse plus 2 patios (load into the truck only, we packed everything ourselves) was $663. The damages incurred on items worth over $2000 made this a really stressful experience and far from worth it. We had movers on the other side who explained all that they would have done to prevent the damages like actually using the blankets we offered. See photo of all of the blankets that were stuffed in random spots instead of being productively used to wrap leather or wood. It’s like “I spy” but I count 8 unused blankets in the photo.
The load-in for this job happened 4/25, we arrived to our new house on 4/28 and I filed the claim on 4/30 after we had unpacked everything. I called in after three weeks without getting feedback on the claim and spoke to someone on the phone who kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me explain the situation (wish there was a recording of this because I was speechless at the behavior) and that I’m not owed more than $0.60 a pound because that’s what I signed for.
The president replied on 5/24 with a long email that they would get us a formal resolution but it would take some time since they’re busy, and that they technically had 60 days. On 6/29 (a full two months later) we finally received our claim check and it was for $150.60. Such a slap in the face.
Disappointed in the move but even more how things ensued after. I’ve had many people respond to my instagram stories asking for the moving company’s name so they can remember to not go with them. I’d say that’s the right move.

All American was great to work with! Nick was on top of communication through the whole process. We had multiple changes to our estimate as we packed and they were able and ready to accommodate all our updates. The guys arrived a little late on moving day, but finished quicker than expected so everything worked out well.

Delivery was actually about 15 minutes earlier than the time they quoted me which was excellent I had no problem⁹ with that. The guys were very nice and moved everything right into the garage no questions asked. It helped me out a lot as though I'm handicapped and cannot offer much assistance. The boxes were all intact there was no damage to any of the cabinets very happy with their service.

Two person crew delivered my Thomasville cabinets on 02/23/2024. They were earlier than expected, and extremely respectful of my house. Not one shipping box had any damage on it. The crew was extremely efficient, and worked hard. I am happy our cabinet company used this company to deliver our cabinets.

We had some VERY heavy retro appliances delivered at a cabin with a steep gravel driveway. After getting up the driveway there are two flights of stairs to navigate to get to the kitchen. The movers did an amazing job, were very careful with the appliances and were friendly. Thanks for doing such an great job, highly recommend!
