Rob and Ron are friendly, polite, punctual, and efficient. They delivered and set up my furniture and were very careful and cleaned everything up before they left taking the boxes and wrapping with them. They contacted me the day before and the day of delivery to make sure I knew when they were coming. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a delivery. I will request this company and team again.

Josh and Steve were friendly, fast, and handled my delivery and furniture setup with the utmost care. They are very professional. Josh texted me the day before to inform me that they were coming and gave me a delivery window. Then, he called the next day 15 minutes before delivery to make sure I was there. They arrived promptly, asked where I wanted the furniture placed, and got right to work. Professional, efficient, and organized service. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Five deliveries over the past several years with Room and Board. Most recent one today. Got a text yesterday from the driver just to confirm. Got a call this morning to say that they would be here in half an hour and they were. Unpacked furniture outside and then carried and put the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Crew was personable and professional. Outstanding performance every time!
