James was very quick to come and provide an estimate for two possible projects. We just had our siding and roof replaced and we wanted to paint any remaining wood a certain color and potentially paint our deck. The quotes came through quickly and we were able to pick and choose the options we wanted. We decided to hold off on the deck option due to our budget just having our exterior don, but the quoted prices were very reasonable.
The project they did perform was done without any issues. They explained what they would do to prep, such as power wash, caulk, fill etc. They painted and helped us match a color we wanted. The job looks seamless and perfect.
I would highly recommend but for their performance and price friendly. Once we restore our budget we will definitely reach out to have our deck painted.

Jim was very professional. He accommodated a sort of unique request due to the poor state of our deck. He was very transparent with us that he could not guarantee the results because of the condition of the deck boards - which we understood and accepted.
His crew, led by Oscar, came out and truly did an amazing job. We were very impressed by their professionalism and work ethic. My wife and I are both very happy with the end result, and will definitely use 3S in the future.

We were very pleased with the exterior painting job done by 3S Painting. I loved that I could schedule an estimate online (which was completed promptly and was reasonable), and Jim was very professional and knowledgable. He answered any questions via texts or e-mails, and the assigned crew was always on time and hard-working. Jim followed-up during the project to be sure we were satisfied and to let me know of any weather-related scheduling changes. This was our first experience with them, but we highly recommend 3S Painting and will certainly use them again.

Very happy with my experience with 3S! Jim made the estimate process clear and simple, and he was able to match a color I previously used in the house from another brand. As far as the actual work, Marcellino and his team did an amazing job! Quick, courteous, and minimal interruption while I worked in my home office the two days they were here. They did a lot of patch work on the walls where there was previous dog damage and now you can’t tell it was ever there! When the work was done, Jim came back out to make sure I was happy with the work and left me with some tips for future projects I am thinking about. I will definitely use 3S for future painting projects and would certainly recommend them!
Pictures are the during/after of the upstairs hallway, which had a 14 ft height in the stairwell and lots of wall damage.

We had a really great experience with 3S painting. Jim and his whole team were very respectful and professional. They were efficient and even came back a couple days later when we noticed a very small spot to be touched up that showed they cared about the details.
