Apex took care of my serious drain/plumbing problem on a late Friday afternoon while other companies wouldn’t even come out until the following week. Communicating with Apex was easy and efficient. Gary H was excellent - very professional and got the job done right. Highly recommend!

Best vendor experience! Received quotes on our options clearly so we could understand and determine what was best for us. NO pressure or scare/fear tactics used. Justin C. was very honest, friendly, and punctual. We will be requesting Jason C. for future projects. Unbelievable value considering what we were quoted by other vendors. I would definitely recommend APEX. You can’t loose with a tech like Jason C. APEX office associates were wonderful too-friendly and helpful. Just found out they do electrical! Whoo!

Shawn and the team were amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step as they were completing it. They did an amazing job on our bathroom repairs and did it in one day! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Would definitely recommend Apex for a quick main line clog removal in the future! Nathan was timely, friendly, worked quickly, but was also thorough! Also, Apex in general seems to run a tight ship. Communication with both their dispatchers and Nathan was clear and helpful, and they sent a technician out near the front of the expected service window. Also appreciated the picture of who I was expecting.

Thanks Apex William and his person training with him was great.He was very honest with what needed to be done. He let me know what would be cost effective pricing wise. Alzobeir was amazing with helping me find out what was wrong with my AC unit. He was very professional and friendly. Joe was even great at trying to get the price down for me. Even though we couldn’t make it work due to my budget restrictions they tried. Joe even waived the diagnostic fee. This was a great experience and I will definitely work with them in the future!

This was my first time using Apex. I was in need of a second quote for a new furance and air conditioner. Tyler came out to give the quote. He was open and honest about the work that needed done. On installation day, Blaine and Shane were friendly and very professional. I ask lots of questions and they would answer all of them without hesitation. Originally the project was to take one day. But it took longer to remove the old beast and they did not want to rush. Overall, I'm please with the job and will use them in the future. Thanks Blaine and Shane for all your hard work!

This was my first time using Apex. I found them on thumbtack and the reviews were great so I figured why not. When I called to make the appointment the representee was very friendly and asked lots of questions. I received lots of good communication about when the tech was on there way and when they would arrive. They arrived promptly and were very polite. The service I needed done was to have the flush valve replaced on my toilet, I already had the part so I figured simple job. It took them less than 5 minutes and honestly my only real thing is the price seemed a bit high as it was $350 for the replacement. Other than that I could not really be happier.

Angel was able to replace and move my water heater location same day! He and his partner were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and kept me informed throughout the process! Very professional company! I would definitely recommend Apex to friends and family without hesitation!
