I was on a huge time crunch and they were able to install my counter a week earlier than promised. Was always able to receive a response from then in just a few hours over email. I contacted Columbus Granite via a chat option on their website. I was looking to replace old vanity tops in my bathrooms. The person on the chat walked me through everything via text messages so that he could give me an estimate to replace the tops. I had already picked out the granite I wanted, while dealing with another granite vendor. I received my estimate the same day. The customer service was impressive. They responded immediately to any questions I had. While I was shopping around to get this done, every other vendor was 4-12 weeks out on the installation. Columbus Granite said the turnaround time was 2 weeks. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning. I decided to go with them because their customer service was so good and the cost and turnaround times were so much better than the others. My tops were installed today and I am so pleased. They are just beautiful! The installers and the guy who measured for the tops, were very detailed about the job. I just can’t imagine why anyone would go anywhere else!

I needed an uncommon size vanity and sink. I found Columbus Granite and the search was over! I was able to obtain exactly the size I needed, with a wealth of physical options - along with various sink choices. The quartz I ordered is beautiful and looks fantastic now installed (even with my poor skills at getting it in there). The sink is also great and its hardware the most simple ever to install. Communication was perfect from start to finish. Will be coming back for my future home upgrades for sure!

Matt at Columbus Granite was GREAT to deal with. They had a great selection of Quartz, Quartzite and Granite to choose from (we chose Quartz for this project). They were 100% No High Pressure both in person and when dealing with them by phone and email. On the day of our Template Measure, the tech arrived 10 minutes early and on a Sunday. He used a high-quality tripod mounted Laser measuring device to capture millimeter accurate dimensions of the kitchen, island and bathroom vanities. He took his time to double check his work and was VERY professional & personable. The day of installation, 2 gentlemen arrived on time and were extremely polite! The laid down painters drop cloth over the entire floored surface and were an efficient team. Upon completion, they swept the floor even though we told them it was not necessary as they did not make much of a mess. Overall, it was a great experience and Matt / Mehmet were easy to deal with. We also purchased several "Remnant" pieces of Quartz for 3 of the 4 bathrooms which saved additional money overall. This project is likely our last construction / remodel and one we will live as our primary residence for the foreseeable future, so we wanted to ensure the materials & installation were of the best quality and workmanship. No Regrets!

Fortunately I found the remanent for our kitchen backsplash it at Columbus Granite. As a first time designer/contractor of my own project, I felt like the staff there understood the fabrication of the product very well, even when their primary role was sales. That saved me time and grief. Likewise this backsplash sits on a wall that’s nearly 2 inches out of plumb, which we discovered real-time when the installers started the install. They did a fabulous job on the fly. I have been cooking in this kitchen for almost a year, and everyday enjoy this honed Taj Mahal quartzite backsplash~

Met with Matt on a Saturday morning He had the granite my wife and I had originally picked out, 3 years ago (prior to COVID). He gave me a quote on the spot, based on a sketch I made of our project. His price was better than the other 13 countertop suppliers for the same granite (Fiesta). This was not a big custom home kitchen project, only 56 Sq. ft. and we are moving to FL. in a couple of years so we just want to enjoy our home for a few more years. Within 2 weeks, he sent out a technician who expertly laser measured the job, made a few suggestions, and complimented me on the prep work I had done. (I completed my own demo and installed a farmers sink). Matt called 2 days later and asked if I could be ready the next day because of a scheduling issue and by 7:00PM we had what amounted to a new kitchen. At no time did I feel pressured or looked down upon because of the size or cost of the job. Matt always answered the phone and treated me like I was his most important client. If you areconsidering new countertops, you have to consider Columbus Granite and Matt Topcu.
