Great company for kitchen and bathroom countertops. I have been working with them for the past 6 years and I have done multiple kitchen and bathroom jobs with them. They always do a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for new countertops.

Custom Countertops did a small kitchen for me with some unique features. A few companies didn’t want to quote the job because it was “too small”. Custom Countertops promptly came out, measured and gave me a quote. Scheduling was easy without a long lead time. I was worried since some of what I needed was not the “norm”, it would be missed. But the job was completed just as I requested. Price very fair, with a quality installation.

I hired this company and deeply regret it. They installed damaged cabinets and did not say a word to me. When I sent pictures and said something, they showed up with wood filler and spray paint to "fix" them instead of replacing them. A respectable company would never have installed them to begin with. I went 5 weeks with no kitchen as the cabinets were "delayed". I was told the project would take 2-3 weeks and it would be done before Thanksgiving. It's now the day after and it's still not complete. Michael refuses to take ownership and/or replace them. They left trash in my yard for over a week and never clean up their mess before they leave.

This company installed my countertops in a very timely manner.
We are very pleased with the work they performed. They told me where to go to pick out the slabs of quartzite. I picked them out and they installed three slabs.
They are beautiful. Thank you for the excellent work.

I would definitely recommend Custom Countertops and Michael Cruz. We called him because he did work for a friend and the work looked fantastic. When we called he came to our house within a day or 2. We had picked out several materials from a large warehouse, he gave us exact pricing on the spot. He was very upfront with pricing and answered all questions. I changed my mind a couple more times before I settled on the exact piece of quartzite that I wanted. Michael was very responsive to text messages regarding pricing and other questions as I went through my decision making. The pricing was very reasonable. I went to their shop because I was interested in finding a remnant piece for the base of my fireplace and Michael had exactly what I wanted. I was nervous about the install because I’m extremely particular. Michael and his father did an amazing job, I’m so happy with my countertops. We had one seam and he matched it perfectly. He used the most dramatic piece of the stone for the peninsula, it just looks amazing ???. Upfront communication, good pricing, excellent craftsmanship. You will not go wrong with this family business!
