Disappointing. Salesman was great and great at his job. While we were talking, part of his sales pitch mentioned that Rosati employs all of their own installers... No subcontractors like "the other guys" which is part of what sets Rosati apart from the competition. This really stood out to us. Fast forward to scheduling for install... they called to get us on the schedule telling us that "Dave and Russ will be coming to do the install... they're great, you'll really like them". Great! We looked forward to it. Install day comes, and indeed two men show up for the install. The door being replaced was in the mudroom and led to the garage. The other door in the mudroom leading to the house was closed as to indicate they should not enter. But they did. They let themselves into my kitchen, unbeknownst to me (I was in my office while they worked). They came around to the front door when they were finished to let me know, so imagine my surprise when they were showing me the door when they walked into the kitchen again and their stuff was sitting out on my counter. When I tried to pay my balance, one of the guys was having difficulty with the iPad, so I sat there in my kitchen with these two men that were NOT invited in. One even asked to use my restroom. Then proceeded to lean up against the counter, shoes on my kitchen mat, like he owned the place. After several minutes of waiting uncomfortably for this iPad to work, I made it known that I needed to leave. "Just 5 more minutes" one said.... to which I had to ask them to leave. The best part? THESE *SUBCONTRACTORS* WEREN'T EVEN DAVE AND RUSS!!! I had no idea who these guys were INSIDE MY HOUSE *UNINVITED* until I saw one of their names written on the paperwork! The guy that used my bathroom and felt so comfortable leaning up against my counter and chilling in my kitchen? STILL DON'T KNOW HIS NAME. How disappointing. I will no longer trust Rosati to install anything in my house. God knows who they are sending. Also, still an issue with the weather stripping around my door, but that was the least of my worries at that moment.

We had replacement windows installed in our entire house in October. From the very beginning there were issues with being given incorrect information, and then the installation job was done very poorly. We contacted Rosati to let them know and they did give us some of our money back and sent someone else out to correct the issues. It's been only months and the windows are falling apart. There's at least two windows where this piece is constantly falling off. For as much money as we paid for these windows, and two separate installation appointments, for them to be falling apart like these is pretty disappointing and not a good reflection of Rosati at all.

The house we purchased had old broken solid metal doors and poorly installed screen doors that were cheap, ill-fitting and dangerous. It made the house dark and gloomy and unsafe for our family. It was a several month wait for the new doors to arrive, but when they did ... WOW! The installer was meticulous, courteous and respectful of our property. Nothing melted my heart more than seeing my little baby and her dog being able to finally experience the view outside through a glass door. Had two double hung windows side by side. All the seals failed, and we replaced the glass once since house build in 9yrs at time of replacement. These windows face west in the direction of all the wind, rain & snow for 9 years. ROSATI replaced that window in 2012 and it has held up fine for 12yrs. Just replaced the rest of 24 remaining windows in Sept 2023. Look and work great. Only had one lock issue and Rosati is coming after Christmas to fix the problem. Update problem fixed, simple problem.

The window quality and buying experience are fine. The install details leave a lot to be desired. The installers chipped a tile, the trim quality is poor, and many of the nails installed on trim are not sunk to proper depth, requiring additional work and the nail brads don’t have enough of a head to be driven after the fact. Rosati came out for an inspection, shrugged their shoulders. I asked the rep if the install was acceptable and representative of their work and he said no but offered no resolution. Will be happy to share my experience and pictures of finished install.
