I would have given this company only 1/2 star but that option did not exist....We were in the process of remoding our bathroom and needed a new mirror. We were referred to this company so we headed over to hopefully get help in the matter. The lady in the front office was very friendly and seemed to be interested in helping us. When we left the store she said our order would be placed and they would call us in 2 wks and if we didn't hear from them to give them a call. We waited the 2 wks and decided to call them since we did not receive any contact from the store to tell us our order was ready. The person we talked to in the store answered the phone and seemed to have trouble finding any information on our order and she asked that we give her a couple of minutes to investigate and she would call us back. Upon the return phone call she stated that there is no evidence of our order anywhere in the system. If this company does not take walk-in orders and only appt only for the store- it should be posted in large letters on the door or the lady that approached us should have kindly informed us of their policy - we would have gladly made one and returned at appt time. However; we heard from other (possible) persons that we should not have went to that company and to not expect a call for our prduct. But, wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt - we instead waited and no product. Lack of customer consideration; maybe our job was too small for them to work with, we will never find out- this company will never get any more consideration from us and advise others to go to another glass company who treats prospective customers with respect and consideration.

We just used A service glass to replace a frameless shower enclosure. They did outstanding. We are very happy with the outcome. We are contractors and frameless shower enclosures are one thing we don’t do. We called A service and they got out quickly measured with a laser and installed within 2 weeks. Rob was great from the measurements through the install!! I highly recommend them for shower enclosures.

I guess I didn’t take a before pic with the broken glass, but here is the finished product (well the door still needs sanded and stained) of the tempered glass I installed in this 100+ year old door! Great service, glad was in when they said it would be, and cut was perfect to specs! Thanks!!

We hired A Service Glass to do the glass for our bathroom shower. The guys who came out to measure were quick and professional. Received a quote a few days later and placed our order. The glass came in right within the window they had told us and install was scheduled for 4 days later! They came today and installed the shower glass and it is incredible! The install guys were quick and great at what they do. This was the finishing touch to our bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the service and product. Thank you! -Michelle & Joe Jackson
