Worst company i have ever dealt with. They were a week behind and screwed my tarp up and tried to blame me for their incompetence. They have no pride in their work. I will drive two hours to have my equipment work done from now on. Shameful.
I was not happy with the customer service I received from the OWNER and an employee he brought to put up the tent for my family reunion on September 7th. They slipped out without a word to me! The very heavy tables were not set up, and the unmovable cart of chairs were just left for me to deal with also. I am a 61 year old woman on disability if your wondering, and have difficulty moving around. My nephew was left to set up these items. And thank goodness for him. I did not know I had to be on a schedule to have the tent removed ither. What kind of customer service is that?! Does anyone take responsibility for anything anymore?!
