I was looking for a certain size of screw and Lowe's and Home Depot didn't have them so I ended up here, the man who helped me was very nice and took time to try and find exactly what I needed - I ended up only having a card on me, no cash to purchase the screws, and another customer offered me a few bucks to cover it. I'm not from around here but the whole community seems very nice. Thank you again!

Small store that seems to be in the wrong location for its needs. Tucked away in an odd spot in a very small village, this place is where you go for those small emergency repair items and general use goods that you could get at a larger merchant, further away. I hold dear my memories of small town hardware stores from my childhood and respect the need to keep these places alive, despite corporate conglomerates. The village of Dresden is in great need of revival and this reflects on this store's condition.

I have shopped there a number of times for different items I have needed as well as having my doors rescreened. Seems like each time I walk through the aisles I see things I didn't think they would carry. I also want to mention genuine friendly service you dont feel in the big stores.

This is a first rate modern, but old time hardware store where the people know and share their knowledge. Fair prices, excellent service, and help with stuff and things. Tim is also an excellent woodworker capable of fine repairs and wood construction. An absolute joy.
