I recently had the pleasure of working with Columbus Roofing Co. to replace the roof on my home and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. We had a huge leak in our roof that we had been struggling to get insurance to pay for. Jesse came out same day and put a tarp on our roof that literally saved us from the huge storm brewing. They were out within a few days to discuss replacement and had a new roof within a few weeks. They helped us build a case for the insurance company and got it paid for :) I highly recommend CRC!

We had a great experience with Columbus Roofing Company. Jaiden explained the insurance claim process to us thoroughly, and took pictures of the damage on the roof to help us with the claim process. He also met and worked with the adjuster personally to make sure everything is documented. The crew was able to complete the replacement job in one day, and there was no issue with their workmanship or the clean up process. During the replacement process, Tyler notified us of an issue with a rotten face board adjacent to the roof, and suggested for us to get it fixed. The whole process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

Overall, I had a great experience and I’m very happy in my choice of going with Jaiden at Columbus Roofing. I worked with Jaiden through the entire process of getting my roof done with Columbus Roofing and it went fantastic. My new roof looks great, insurance covered the majority of the cost, and he made the process extremely easy for me. Jaiden did the initial inspection when he was already in the area looking at my neighbors home. After noticing signs of hail damage, he talked to me about my options and proceeded to advise me through the whole process of filing an insurance claim. He made sure to be here when the insurance inspector came and worked with them to make sure all of the damage was pointed out included in their notes. Jaiden proceeded to handle all of the on going interactions with insurance, and worked to get them to cover not only the majority of the replacement cost but also the cost to the longer lasting product. After the roof was installed Jaiden came by to answer any questions I had on next steps, and made sure the yard and driveway were all free of debris.
