It was a pleasure working with Kerrigan. Ryan was so patient with me in choosing a shingle color . He took the time to find homes in the regional area so I could go view the various homes with my selected colors. For me, it made All the Difference. Ryan answered any questions without hesitation as well as Tyler & Steve who were also helpful throughout the roofing experience. The entire project was handled professionally! Moreover, I was so pleased how they paid attention to the detail even on the ground. All debris was removed and my flower beds were unscathed. Thank you Kerrigan!!

Kerrigan was very professional and meticulous in the process to put on our new roof due to hail damage. They worked closely with the insurance company to maximize the benefit for our roof and placed the roof on after tearing our old roof down to the wood in less than a day. The results were fantastic and we were very pleased with the results. From everyone to the marketing representative.. Eric who we worked with closely to Steve the project manager and the crew all did a great job! I would recommend them highly should you need a new roof or restoration.

We had some roof issues following the recent storms in the Delaware Ohio area. I saw a Kerrigan Roofing sign in a yard near my home and decided to get an estimate from them. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days.
A nice young man named Ryan Flora came out to inspect our roof. He determined that our missing shingles were indeed caused by wind/storm damage and suggested we submit a claim with our insurance company. He said that based on his experience he was very confident the damage would be covered.
We contacted our agent who then dispatched an adjuster. Sure enough - Ryan was right! The adjuster agreed with his assessment and said they would pay to replace the roof on our home. Much to our surprise we also suffered damage to our detached garage and they agreed to replace the roof on that structure as well!
The Team at Kerrigan made dealing with the insurance company so easy. Ryan Flora showed up to review the damage with the adjuster. He helped explain to us how our coverage worked (Replacement Cash Value vs Actual Cash Value) and explained how Kerrigan Roofing would work with the insurance company to file any supplemental claims for necessary things the adjuster may not have included in his estimate.
In the end all it cost us was our deductible. Our new roof looks great and it’s backed by a strong warranty.
I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Kerrigan. Our representative Ryan Flora is a nice young man. He was very responsive and a great communicator. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His honesty, sincerity, and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air in this world where excellent Customer Service is so hard to come by.

Kerrigan Roofing did an outstanding job on our daycare facilities in the Dublin area. From start to finish, their team was professional and efficient. They understood the importance of safety and minimal disruption during our operating hours and they left the premises clean so we could continue to be open without any issues. Kerrigan Roofing did a beautiful job on our roof!! We received bids from multiple companies and we chose Kerrigan due to their competitive pricing, clarity of the bid, and expertise on installing a DaVinci roof.Tyler, the project manager, was on sight every day and kept us updated on the progress of the job. We would definitely recommend Kerrigan and would use them again in the future!!

The whole process of getting a new roof with Kerrigan went very smoothly. Working with Jordan was a pleasure. He was very responsive and knowledgeable and walked us through the process from start to finish. The roofers did an excellent job and were very efficient. We would highly recommend Kerrigan to anyone needing a new roof.

Kerrigan Roofing is a great roofing company. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Mr Matt is very knowledgeable and nice to the customers. I gave them 5 stars for their jobs.
