Jay Hager was a pro! In a single call he handled the rough in for our new bathroom and placed new spigots on the outside of our home. Extremely professional and polite - he was in and out in a flash. Definitely recommend.

Daryl and Mike were on-time, very polite, very professional. They fixed my leaky shower and tub faucet quickly and made me a very happy camper!
I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumbet, and will call if I need help again!

Our basement was a mess!!
Jay Hager was our plumber & he was awesome!

1 Tom Plumber impresses again with their rapid response, the quality and efficiency of their work and their friendly informative staff. Jay and Chris came out twice this week to complete an involved job. They showed up on time and made top quality plumbing work happen faster than I’d expected. I would never have to call another plumber, but of course I do hope I never see them again! Haha

Jay evaluated the job request, provided a time and cost quote. He did a great performing work as described. It was clean, and well done. He verified there no leaks, showed me the work. I am very happy with the service from Jay and 1-Tom Plumber.

Jay was a pleasure to work with. He was super knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through the issues I was facing and the options I had to fix them. Overall, I had a great experience with 1-Tom-Plumber and would highly recommend their services to others.

I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber. They were able to work within my timeline which was very important. Jay was excellent..he addressed all my concerns, answered my questions, explained exactly what had to be done, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up the work area. I would contact them again for any future plumbing needs as I feel they are honest and fair priced and I know the work would be done right. Thank you so much Jay and 1-Tom-Plumber!

Jay and Daryl were amazing! Very helpful and took the time to do the job right. They explained everything to me as well. Great customer service and knowledgeable plumbers. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again.
