Brad & John arrived at scheduled time and promptly got to work installing my new blinds. They insured each piece worked properly and explained the features; they did identify a small defect in one blind and they’re reordering it. I appreciate John’s and Brad’s professionalism, efficiency and personalness. As with sales consultant, Tony, all gentlemen were very easy to understand, work with and patient with my questions. This is the third home I’ve purchased from Budget Blinds and - should the opportunity arise - will not hesitate to utilize Budget Blinds in the future.
