Next day service for my non working ac. Even arrived earlier than expected. Bill was very knowledgeable . He diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired. Reasonable cost. Would definitely use again - hopefully not needed too soon .
My AC was not operating and I had called a different company for service. They scheduled me more than 2 weeks later, said it was first available. My nephew suggested APEX PROS. I was able (on Tuesday) to make an appointment on line for Friday afternoon. Will arrived and confirmed the main issue, and determined what was causing it. He was able to replace the wiring and get things cooler again. He is professional, polite, and knows his stuff. I was impressed with his attitude both as a person and towards his profession. I will be calling APEX PROS if needed in the future.

Drew did an excellent job at my home today. Came in booties over his boots introduced himself asked me a few questions and got to work. He explained how my outside unit needed cleaning and when I saw it he was right it was filthy! I saw the before and after pics he took and it turned out great. He finished with all the other checks and even explained a service Apex offers to get my unit checked regularly which I will probably use. For my next check I will need to have Drew come back again. Great job Drew!

Alzobeir was very competent, friendly and diligent. He went above and beyond finding parts for my AC cabinet outside which two other companies were unable to locate. Work was completed without issue.

We had problems with our air-conditioning unit, come to find out it wasn’t going to be ex expensive as we thought. An expert by the name of Kole Smith, Did a complete check of our system to make sure there was nothing else faulty with our system. He was very professional, neat and courteous. And informative. Thanks again Mr. Smith for taking care of us. Apex is number one with us.

William did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained in great detail what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. I would highly recommend William to any of my family and friends! I completely trusted him and found him to be very competent.

Hunter deserves a gold star! Thank you so much for doing a great job and being so kind! I had a negative experience with a different company and called Apex to fix it. Hunter not only fixed my plumbing issues, he restored my faith in humanity! Good work, good pricing, and good people!!

The installation crew,the supervisor from apex pro who came out was awesome. Best experience I’ve ever had with any service people in my life. Love the product. Would recommend them to everybody. These gentlemen went above the prescribed service. Huge atta-boy to them.

Bill did such an amazing job with my AC tune up. While Bill was doing my tune up he discovered an issue with my furnace and quoted me a good price for the repair and was out the following week to do the repair. Bill is very knowledgeable and friendly. When Bill was at my house he made feel like we were friends and not just a customer. Bill is very professional and again knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much for the amazing service.
