Won’t ring your doorbell or knock, they’ll just bust your gate lock with zero regard whether you have animals/ children to gain access to your property. The “supervisor”, Cully is a joke too. Won’t take accountability for his workers, just doubles down on the ignorance end arrogance

This company has been in my backyard for weeks digging and tearing everything up. Did anyone knock on my door to tell me what was going on? Of course not. Whether or not they were contracted out by AT&T is neither here nor there… We are a big subdivision with almost 400 homes and nobody knows what is going on.

This company is pulling cable in our neighborhood. Dug a 3 ft wide hole in my backyard directly in the line that was marked as having live wires, cutting my internet line. They just left as if no one would notice. I called the owner to get them to come back and fix it (which they did by basically taping it back together). Two days later they came back and pulled cable again and broke my internet line for the second time without saying anything .I had to call my internet company to come and fix it correctly, but they can’t be here for another 3 days. Seriously, if you need someone to dig a hole with no thought, these are your guys. If you need a company to conscientiously pay attention to what they’re doing, look elsewhere.

Came home from work one day to a 1x1 foot hole in my driveway with ZERO notice. No paper on my door, in my mailbox, nothing. When they were finished on my road, they covered the hole with gravel and threw a cone over it and literally never came back. Had to call to get a crappy asphalt patch done on my driveway, in which they left wet asphalt down and took the cone. 0/10.

They did work in Eaton, Ohio and closed roads(Mary Lane) with no notice. We were sitting in cars in 30 degrees because we couldn't get home. Caused a medical issue. Today it got worse. They hit my water line and now we have no water. These guys are horrible! If I could give zero stars I would! Would not recommend.
