I called Sunday morning and Zach was responsive, kind, and came out the very next day! He is knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. We walked through my home and yard and he thoroughly explained his services, products he uses, and shared a lot of previous experiences. It’s evident that he has been in this business a long time! Zach was not sales forward. His focus was customer satisfaction. I was ready to sign a 12 mo contract with a large pest control company, but it was expensive and felt very pushy. I got a second opinion from Advanced Pest Solutions, and will undoubtedly use them here on out. Highly recommend!

We were recommended to APS from a friend of ours, and we're really they did! It was easy to book with them, and their response time was prompt. Zach did a thorough inspection and used his professional knowledge to help us develop a plan that worked for us in a easy and helping manner. Advanced Pest Solutions prices are fair, esp compared to other places. We will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and great service my family has received from Advanced Pest Solutions! Zach came and gave a free quote/identified some unknown pests at our new house, walking me through their services. He explained everything thoroughly without being pushy or trying to get me to sign a big contract — it was clear that this company takes pride in their integrity and work quality! A couple of big national companies knocked on our door and offered services later that week, but in the end we felt confident choosing Advanced Pest Solutions because of their honest and straightforward pricing and easy communication. We had a ridiculous amount of spiders before, and after our first treatment I haven’t seen one! Highly recommend this company for quality pest control in Columbus.

Michael was super awesome!! Him and his coworker came out within 40 minutes of calling me back and took care of my bat problem within 5 minutes! I would highly recommend this company and will be calling them again for any future issues (i hope i have no futures issues)

I really like to support small businesses, but I had a very disappointing experience with this company and feel like I should warn others who might otherwise fall for the good reviews.
I contacted this company because I could hear rodent noises in the attic. Michael came out to do an evaluation, and, I must say, I found him to be knowledgeable about our house's issues at first. What I didn't like was the fear tactics he used and the ridiculous estimate he sent of nearly $11K. He made it seem like we had a huge issue and would need extensive work done, going all the way through the insulation of our attic, and we learned by talking to other contractors that we really just had a new and minor issue with mice.
Michael's estimate was focused on exclusion techniques, which a mice specialty company I contacted told me doesn't really work. Basically, it's the most expensive technique and the least effective, as mice are going to find a way in.
What the other mice specialty company also showed me was the difference between their fresh bait for eliminating mice and the bait that Michael used, which was clearly stale (spots, no grove marks, not dark green). Mice are not going to go for stale bait so that is something I advise others to look for as well.
If folks have a mice issue, I would look for a company that specializes in mice. Another example of why I was disappointed was that Michael just left one bait station in the attic whereas the other company spread them all over the attic so we'd be more likely to get them, and that's where the issue was.
I really wish this company all the best because I believe they probably do have knowledge (maybe more in bats than mice!) and don't need to hustle folks to succeed. Just use your knowledge and avoid the fear tactics, stale bait, and pricey exclusion methods b/c that's not going to be a long-term successful approach for you.

When I found out I had squirrels in my attic, I panicked! I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy task to get them out and most likely not cheap! However, when I found Zach at Advanced Pest Solutions, I was pleased to hear that he was going to be able to take care of the issue for a great price, and in a quick amount of time! Zach was on time, professional, and always contacted me when he was on his way to my house to make sure I knew he was doing what he said he was going to do. He got the squirrels out, fixed the damage, all for a great price! Thank you Zach! I could not recommend this company more!!

Zach solved my rodent problems when no one else could! He's professional. Incredibly astute about insects and wildlife. He's a great communicator, very responsive and offers fair pricing.
Don't waste your time calling the other guys. They wasted my time and money. Call Zach! I'm so glad I did!
