I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Berwick Glass!
They communicated every step of the way. The whole process of replacing five windows in our house was professional, easy, and clean, from start to finish. Berwick's reasonable pricing pricing was a pleasant surprise. When there was a slight delay in them getting back with me they apologized for the delay and explained how getting back with had gotten overlooked.
As a business owner myself, I know that these things are not to be taken for granted. It takes deliberate work for these things to happen.
You guys are really doing a great job! If there is anything we can do to help your business along please just say the words.

I called in about getting some custom cut glass for a fish aquarium top since no one made one in the size an thickness I needed. Despite some measuring issues on my part, they were always cheerful and took my order without any problem. I figured it would take a day or two, but to my surprise...it was done by the next morning and well within my price range! I will definitely use Berwick again for any glass fixes I need.

I have had so much done by them for me. They replaced a couple of windows for me and my mirror on my motorcycle. I really love that they are family owned, it really is important to me. Their price is very competitive as well, which is so great.
