This is the worst company, Grove City location, I have ever had to deal with in my life! We have complained since 2018, immediately after the purchase and installation of the new Carrier A/C from American Air, for how loud the unit operated. Last year, 2023, we had several technicians come out to assess the problem. We already knew what the problem was because a competent, trustworthy technician (now a former tech because they forced him out of the company due to his honesty) had advised us in 2022 what the problem actually was, and I repeatedly told them. To no avail, they kept putting us off, taking absolutely no responsibility, until their warranty, and the factory warranty finally expired. Of course, they never advised us of the warranty expiration, and after that they wanted big $$$ money. No way, no how!!! Jim Burke, Office Manager, would never return my calls. And Tom B., Senior Technician & Sales, is nothing more than a fast talker with no honesty, integrity, or backbone!!! This company would not take any responsibility period!!! Shame on them!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
Have used American Air for many years to service and repair my heating and air conditioning systems. They are prompt courteous and reasonably priced. Would recommend to all homeowners.

He said I had condensation water coming out of the furnace and going down under the house! I’m glad he caught that and I could get it fixed before the hot weather comes! Also if a pocket of water is frozen under the house could be really bad in the winter.

Joe (service tech) and Shane (sales) were friendly and professional, as was the woman who called to confirm my online request for an appt. They got us in quickly and diagnosed the issue promptly, in addition to discussing the various options for proceeding.

Mr. Vu was pleasant to talk to. Would’ve given a 5 star rating but, it’s too early since the inspection only occurred one (1) day ago. If nothing happens to our unit within the next 60 days, then the rating may change.

I have used American Air for several years now and am very impressed with them. Our most recent tech, Joe, was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable on how to get the best use out of our new furnace and A/C system. Thanks Joe!

ALI H .i appreciated him so much Im i am on a path With cancer and walking through this Chemo path with joy . He quickly identified the issue. Explain to me what he need to do and he went and got the parts twice and came back and made sure that me and my son had heat as quickly as he possibly could in a timely manner. Thank you..
He was on time, very informative, very respectful, cordial considerate. He was very quick at obtaining the parts needed for services. I was very very very very pleased with his work and thank you for heating up me and my sons life with your skill set. ??????????

I have had a maintenance contract with American Air for more than 5 years. The associates who perform the work have several qualities which are extremely important to do the job! My rep today was Ali H and he exhibited these qualities! 1) Job knowledge & Professionalism, 2)Good ability to explain a problem when they discover one and give you several options, 3) Great communications skills and the ability to focus on the the customer's needs are greatly appreciated! James did a great job with my furnace. He was friendly and efficient. I purchased the red white and blue package that includes furnace tune-up and air conditioning tuneup. My system is 10 years old and I wanted to know that it was running with in manufacture specifications. The package was a great value.
