The cabinets themselves are perfect, but the compliments end there. If you are looking for a communicative company this is not the one. Expect your cabinets late; even later than you are anticipating because they will provide an incorrect timeline and THEN the cabinets will be delayed.
If you do decide to move forward with this company, warn your installation contractors that the sketch will not include any information about filler pieces, measurements of cabinet runs, or the ACTUAL sizes of the cabinets. The layout will only include the part number sizes and measurements of the room. If any of your cabinet sizes are custom, they will need to reference the physical packing slip they hand you when the cabinets are delivered. When they deliver the cabinets, they will stack them up even if you ask them not to, knowing you have to open each box to check the cabinets.
Last but not least, if you need a replacement cabinet you have to return the damaged cabinet and they won't tell you that or even confirm that your replacement has been ordered. All things considered, my advice is to pick a different Kraftmaid vendor.
