Maggie seems pretty incompetent.
The lady that greets you when you first walk into the showroom seems like she's struggling with something.
For the size of our very tiny bathroom they estimated over $22,000. What a joke! When I asked for an itemized bill to try and understand where The costs were, I was told no yhey don't do that. The only thing they could say was cost of labor went up and so did materials.
We were quoted for a whole kitchen remodel for less than that and more work by a different contractor.
We had hired them when they were formally A-Able and there is something that has been missing since.
Thank you KBD for making my dream bathroom come true. We love our new bathroom. We appreciate the high quality work and materials. We highly recommend KBD to anyone who wants a beautiful remodel of a bath or kitchen. Everyone was professional and nice. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything.

The staff here seem extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had. The designs they came up with were exactly what I had in mind.

Amazing experience with Kitchens by Design. Maggie was our initial point of contact and worked with us to create a modern design with all of the extra touches we wanted. Her suggestions were wonderful and her design skills really helped us create a more modern bathroom.
A lot of positives with this company that are worth sharing! First, communication was excellent at every step of the project from the initial start date to every day Jake worked with us on our bathroom. We always knew what was going on and when.
The quality of work is also fantastic. Jake really took time to make everything look perfect, and answered every question I had! The knowledge of the work he does is very evident in the final product. He has a real passion for the work.
This company and the employees on staff provided a very reasonable cost estimate and we stayed within that budget, this is a huge plus as sometimes with these projects unexpected costs can occur, but the level of planning from this company is detailed, and costs were exactly as planned.
We will be using them again, we had multiple quotes, and by far received the best service to cost from Kitchens by Design and their team.

KITCHENS BY DESIGN (Kettering, OH) has just completed the remodel of our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. From our first contact with Jason (sales) to the final inspection with Erik (Production Manager) the entire project and finished product is EXCELLENT.
Jason LISTENED to everything we desired for our new kitchen and submitted a design and proposal that, after a few minor tweeks, met our requirements and budget.
Jason and Erik visited our home, reviewed the drawings, made some suggestions, and set an approximate start date.
When working with a contractor communication is of the utmost importance. We were constantly updated on start dates, daily and weekly planning, daily progress, and any minor delays. Any questions we had were responded to with specific answers, not generalities.
Prior to the project commencing, Erik introduced us to David (project manager) who informed us of the procedures and the temporary inconveniences we would be experiencing. The renovation began on schedule.
David coordinated the entire project with his team, John and Dan (plumbers), Vern (electrician), Fred (painters), and Max (delivery and cleanup), all who did everything to make this process as unimposing as possible. As each day concluded, the area was cleared and cleaned.
The Kitchens By Design staff and their attention to detail are hallmarks for other companies to emulate.

Kitchens By Design remodeled my 1060s bathroom. They are on time, professional, friendly and do quality craftsmanship work with attention to details. They exceeded my expectations! It was a pleasure having them in my home. You won’t be disappointed!

KBD remodeled my kitchen in 2019, I can't tell you how wonderful it turned out! The crew was superb, they cleaned up every evening before they left, and such detailed work! I highly recommend this company for any project in your home.

If I could give them more stars, I would. I absolutely love the work they did on my master bath. It was a total overhaul, and they did an excellent job. The man in charge of the construction kept me updated every morning of his planned work for that day, and every afternoon before he left of what he accomplished that day. They had to move an attic access, tear out part of a wall, repair water damage, and so much more. He also asked everyday if there was anything we didn't like or wanted to change and was more than happy to meet our requests. My bathroom turned out great, and in only 8 days. THANK YOU!!!
