We had a lot of projects to be done on my new home. They always showed up and they were always on time. They completed all of my projects and they did so professionally, ahead of schedule, and efficiently in a manner that would keep the cost of the project to not be more then it needed to be.

They came on the dot and did the required work of reestablishing the house electric line. Very professional, offered full explanation of the work.... and all done outside in pouring rain! Not one complaint!

Had BP electric come out to my home at Candlewood lake today to do a pretty big job that should have taken two days. Well BP sent out an extra person, came a little earlier & knocked out everything in a day! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!
Dustin & his two apprentices were fantastic, cleaned up everything, even though I said not to worry about it since I'm doing a full renovation.

WOW. These people are doing it right. Everything from the initial phone call for the estimate to the end results was just stellar. Real quality people here. We couldn't be more happy, they made everything so easy!

Local electricians who care. I got 3 quotes for a minor residential electrical and BP Electric was not only my lowest bid but was the only company to actually take time to listen to what I wanted done. The irony of it was after he listened to my request, he gave me various cheaper options that could keep my cost down and still serve my needs! After discussing this with him I actually realized I didn't know what I was talking about after he explained how things worked. It was very kind of him to explain it to me as a teaching concern other than making me feel stupid.
I gave him the job only to find out he wasn't the installer but the owner! The two guys that did the work were practically just like the owner. They would come upstairs and request me to view the job and explain to me what and why they installed it this way.
BP Electric also helps out at our local church!
This is now my "go to" place for my electrical work!!

From estimate to install everyone we came in contact with was great, customer service (yes still alive). Both gentleman that arrived were very nice, arrived on time (early) and very knowledgeable. Prices were more than fare and lower than other estimates. We will be using them again to update some other electrical issues.

A bad Friday night storm knocked out power, took down the drop to the house and ripped it off the outside wall (the part I was responsible for to get repaired). BP Electric 1) answered my call on a Saturday, 2) came out right away, and 3) quickly had it repaired and ready for power to be restored. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Hope I don't need to do so, but would definitely call them again. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

We had an electrical outlet that wasn't receiving power. After looking all over the house for weeks, I could not find the location of the issue and had to call an electrician. BP sent over Jack and apprenticing electrician who had the outlet powered in a little under an hour and with out breaking a single piece of dry wall! They dropped a three wire down to the basement setup a junction box and took power from an existing line. In the end, our outlet was upgrade from a two wire to a three wire. We also had some other issues, such as an unsecured power line running across the ceiling, which they promptly fixed. The two were also very polite in answering any question I had.
