Very impressed! My torsion spring broke and I was a little leary about fixing it myself. I called Callahan because they were the original selling dealer based on what looked like a 20 year old tag on the garage door, installed by one of the previous owners of my house. They came out the same day and replaced the torsion spring and got my door operational. They were fast, efficient, friendly, did a great job, and were inexpensive. I can't wait for my other door's torsion spring to break so I can call them again! Ok that last part might be overstated... But I will call them when I need garage door service in the future.

Wow! Just like out of the movie Money Pit with Tom Hanks. Tried to keep things local and saw they offered replacement windows, I called them four days ago and had been waiting on a return call from their estimator. I called today to inquire about the call back and was connected with somebody named Mike who seemed bothered by my call. After an agreed upon date for the visit, he could not schedule a time but said he would call me that morning to let me know when he could fit me in. I let him know that his competition actually sets up appointment days and times and that my time is just as important as his. It makes you wonder if this is an indication of what it would be like to actually get the job done.

We called at 7:40 AM to report that the springs were broken on our garage door and both of our cars were stuck in the garage. We got a call back at 8:07 AM that they would be there in 10 minutes. Jeff came to our our house and had our door repaired before 9 AM. We typically have used another service for our house and rentals, but when we called them they really weren't concerned that our vehicles were stuck inside. They said they would try to get someone out by the end of the day. We will definitely be using Callahan from now on. Thank you Jeff for your prompt and friendly service!!

There when you need them! Great quality work at a more than fair price. I got an estimate for garage doors. I always get 3 estimates. Callahan Door and Window was at least 20% less than the other local door companies and far more professional! The other companies were trying to feel me out to see how much I was willing to pay, and as I refused the price became lower. This was totally unacceptable! Callahan Door was straight forward and in writing. As far as Doors and Windows for my family,, I'm using and recommend Callahan Door and Window!!
