My boyfriend and I are buying our first home and was referred to James Crowton. I’m so glad we went with him! He is very knowledgeable and very informative with what he does. James' work, knowledge, and ability to teach me about my future home is incredible! I am a first time home buyer and he took the extra time to ensure we knew how to care for the house, even writing tips into his report. We spent almost 3.5 hrs going over every possible detail. Amazing service to support locally! The office staff were so nice & personable from the start. The home inspector James is very knowledgeable & passionate about his job. Not to mention how thorough the inspection was to put me at ease for my new home. Finally, the results of the inspection came over quickly with every detail easily located on the documents provided. James is an exceptional inspector. We used him twice for different inspections of our home. His reports are absolutely fantastic with very detailed information, which is key when working with builders. He has saved us thousands of dollars with his expertise and we are extremely grateful to him. We have used two other inspectors on different properties but will use only James from now on. James is top-notch. My daughter is a young new homeowner and had some concerns. When James came out his friendly demeanor immediately put both of us at ease. It didn’t matter we were not planning on selling the home he was there to help us! During his inspection and after he talked us through everything he had done and showed me the thermal imagines to put our minds at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and educated both of us on what needed to be fixed, even with things that were as simple as a bit of calking. Thank you James you were just what we needed!
