Just called in due to my septic system backing up between the house and tank, and miss Suzy awnsered after 5 or 6 rings to inform me that the don't repair that . When asked what a plumbing and drain company does repair, I received stuttered and not well practiced phrases to appease average callers

Dan is absolutely FABULOUS from Legacy Plumbing!! I would highly recommend this company. Very informative, very timely, Dan took the time to advise of the issues he found and was beyond pleasant! Legacy Plumbing and Drain came out and replaced a water heater at my house. Will responded quickly and was very professional and courteous in handling this job. He also showed up when he said he would. I was very pleased with his work on my water heater replacement. His rates are also fair and reasonable, cheaper than most other plumbing contractors. Excellent plumbing service that I would recommend to anyone. Edit 2-05-24. Legacy Plumbing is now owned by Benjamin Franklin Plumbers out of Wooster, Ohio. Will sold it to them about a year ago(?). Just used them and the work was very good. They are still using the Mansfield office but are basically operating out of Wooster. They warranty everything they sell to a lifetime warranty and they can sell products cheaper than Will because they have commercial contracts with OEMs whereas Will paid retail for everything through places like Lowes or Home Depot.

Fantastic service! Great communication and customer service, quality work and very fair prices. Will has done two projects for me so far and has always been on time, done top notch quality work and cleaned up after he was done. Honest and reliable. I will definitely be calling Legacy Plumbing for my next project and recommend them very highly. You won't go wrong here!

They handled a very challenging install on a hot water heater that was located on a shelf in the laundry room. It was handled very professionally and they also cleaned up the area after they left. He also installed a new sink and faucet which Will recommended. I love them. It has changed the whole style of the kitchen. I have gotten a ton of compliments on it. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

Not just for homeowners!!! We don't have the greatest response time on issues within our apartment. Were desperately in need of a working sink that had been rigged in an improper manor over many years (we've all been there trying our own fixes). Legacy plumbing was swift in answering our call as well as efficient in the job itself. Extremely courteous and no mess after the job. Never had that before with a plumber. Would highly recommend.

In the last 48hrs I noticed my water heater going downhill and reached out to Legacy Plumbing at 8pm and they were able to schedule me in for the next day. In less than 24hrs from my call I have a new water heater and knowledge I did not previously have as a first time homeowner. Will is so nice and professional and takes time to explain why and what is necessary. The price seems reasonable and fair for the job and work done. Highly recommend and will be using this company again for future plumbing needs.

Not only did Will at Legacy Plumbing have the best price for our area, he also went above and beyond to help ease our plumbing issues! He provided vast amounts of knowledge about the issues in our main line, and although he doesn't perform the future needs we will have to invest in, he was more than willing to provide solutions and answer numerous questions to help steer us in the right direction at no extra gain for himself. It's obvious he cares about his business and his customers in a way that most people providing a service do not. THANKS AGAIN WILL! We really appreciate you!
