The roof looks nice, and they got the job done on time and quickly. However, I would not recommend them. They left thousands of nails (this caused a flat tire), broken glass, wood, and asphalt shingles debris throughout our yard. We spent a weekend trying to vacuum broken glass out of the yard (cut myself during cleanup) and picking up nails and trash, with a lot more clean up remaining. We have kids and a dog, and this was very unsafe and unprofessional work. I don't understand why there weren't tarps put down before the demo to allow for a safer and easier cleanup, and I am extremely upset by the mess their crew left behind.

Not only does our new metal roof look AMAZING - the workers showed up when they were scheduled (actually showed up early each day), everyone from the office to the workers were professional, the workers cleaned up their mess at the end of each work day, and everyone was just a pleasure to work with!! I've lived in my home since 2009. When the big storm came thru last August, I had a roof leak which damaged my bathroom ceiling. A friend of mine stopped by to put a temporary fix and to let me know what I should look for in an estimate. I found All American by their Google reviews. At 1 AM the night if the storm, I reached out to 3 different companies with 4+ star reviews. All American was the ONLY company to call me back and within 24 hours! Matt Tharin called separately and said he was on the islands because they got hit so bad but was able to make it my way in a couple days. I didn't have to be here, no adjustment had to be made to my work schedule. He took care of everything with my insurance company. The various inspectors and inspectors. He kept me updated on the status of ordering, scheduling, and installation. The work was done in a day. The gentlemen that came to complete the job were here at 7:30 AM on a cold December morning with very little noise from my little dog. Everyone was so friendly and respectful of my time, money, and property. I've been in a sales/service roll for most of my career, this company takes the cake. 100% recommend!!

Update on this review: I inherited a house that required significant upgrades. Initially I was upset about financing being pushed through, (at no fault of American roof pros, which I didn’t know at the time of leaving my initial review) which didn’t allow me to get a refinance on my house to perform interior upgrades. After talking with the 3rd party financial company after 30 days they automatically pushed the financing which affected my credit score. I think some type of communication between roof pros and financing company should have taken place about completion of work. Although I was unable to refinance at this point in time to provide further remodel upgrades to my home the overall service, communication and quality provided by American roof pros was exceptional. I had roughly $80,000 in upgrades to the exterior of my home, windows, siding, doors, garage door, roofing, replacing plywood, roof tear off, gutters, facia and soffit that I used two separate contractors. Roof pros did my metal roofing, gutters, tear off and replacement of plywood. I acted as the middle man (saved me $$) and they were patient having to wait on the other contractor to finish their work and roof pros came back out to finish their work. Being out of state they worked on my schedule and came out when I was in town to do a walk through of the job and addressed any concerns and corrections. I know this specific job was unusual and myself being a contractor I wouldn’t have taken on the job knowing that it would be 90ish days to complete the scope of work that would have only taken a few days while having to wait on the other contractor. I would also like to say their window pricing was competitive with another contractor. The only reason I didn’t go through them was due to the financial 3rd party limit. I would recommend roof pros to my family and friends and I feel extremely comfortable with the 50 year warranty on my metal roof and lifetime warranty on my gutters. My home is now looking like my dream house. Thank you roof pros for all that you’ve done and working with me and the other contractor to make my home a dream home.

They were able to get us scheduled super quick to get our roof installed. It took 1.5 days for them to get the job done. The crew did a great job and we are super impressed.
