Just set up our medical alert devices for my parents. Cindy did a fantastic job walking us through the presentation. Seems very simple to use. Happy we made the choice.
I feel safer with my new medical alert. Cindy sure explained things well and I enjoyed her very much

The representative Cindy was absolutely wonderful she answered all my questions to my my questions she demonstrated the equipment thoroughly and she was a pleasure to talk with I would definitely recommend this service to all that needed assistance like I do

Just met with Cindy from Schmidt Security Pro to get a medical alert device. I was very pleased with her presentation and the time she took to explain how the Medical Alert system works. Never thought l would need one of these. It sucks getting old.
