We just stopped at the Blinds Plus and More in Mason Ohio and we had the most wonderful shopping experience. Stacey and Tammy were so helpful. They spent all the time we needed and then some. They were very knowledgeable and nice. We highly recommend this place!!

Excellent customer service. The product was received and installed the date it was scheduled. J.S. helped us patiently with her decorating knowledge for an even better end result. Also, the person installing the blinds made sure I was happy with the job. I will definitely go back for my next project.

The service was excellent. Unfortunately we already ordered blinds from Home Depot. Home Depot would not let us cancel. We are still waiting for the blinds 3 months later. I appreciate the time this company spent.
