John came out, diagnosed, and fixed my issue within an hour. He saved me over $2,000 by fixing a loose wire, rather than just saying to replace my 6 year old unit (which is what a different company said to do). He also taught me about the issue and how to properly maintain my unit. I will be calling Air Authority again whenever I have any hvac issues.

We had our normal AC tune up, from another company, and I was not happy with the outcome of the appointment. We had gone 7 years with no issues, everything working fine, to now, a ridiculously large number of things they felt needed to be repaired. I started researching local HVAC companies in the area, and Air Authority came up more than once on some reviews on another app, so I did some further research and called them, letting them know what happened and had noted their web site said 2nd opinions free of charge. They had someone out the next day, Larry, and he was very thorough and explained and showed us everything. While the other company was not totally incorrect on some things, a lot of it was grossly exaggerated. Consequently I cancelled my maintenance contract with the other company, and signed up for Air Authority.

Air Authority did a great job with our new HVAC system! Our tech Eric came and looked at our old system and gave us a quote. Instead of upselling us, he was upfront about which system would work best for our house and what financing options were available. Our quote was lower than any of the other companies we called. They were able to install it that same week in one day. Our new system looks and performs great! Initially they installed the wrong thermostat, but Eric immediately ordered a new one and installed it himself. We have nothing but good things to say about Air Authority!

Update from my new work with Air Authority January 2024: The Air Authority team came out to service my furnace for one of my two inspections/cleanings this year and they were very helpful. It's a great feeling to know highly trained and knowledgable team members are showing the care and attention needed to make things are working properly and are cleaned out. I highly recommend this company to everyone I talk to about their home. _________________________ January 2023: I signed up for a yearly maintenance program with Air Authority and their tech came out to clean my HVAC, perform tests, and provide guidance on any fixes or updates to the system. Their tech, Mike, was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing, as well as an overview of his findings. I am highly impressed with their thorough work and industry knowledge. I feel like I’m in great hands having Air Authority keep my heating and AC system up to date and running well. The yearly agreement was a great price, and even comes with additional discounts of fixes are ever needed. Thanks Mike and Air Authority team for all your hard and good work. Highly recommended!!!
