Tile selection is out of my comfort zone, but Stephen Hovanec made the selection process simple and painless. He asked the right questions, knew the products, is a skilled designer, and he quickly provided a quote. Had I listened to him, I’d have been in/out in 10 minutes!! After thinking it over for a day, I ordered exactly what he suggested. His quote included grout, metal to hide side of tile, etc—I know I have all needed materials to complete the job, not JUST the tile. His professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail directly resulted in my purchase. Very happy customer!!!
I own a Design - Build remodeling firm in Mentor where I have been a client of the Mentor Tile Shop for the better part of ten years. During that time, my designer and I have worked with a number of associates who have serviced my account. One associate stands heads and shoulders among all the rest. Her name is Julia Plungas. Beyond having solid product knowledge, savvy design perspective and a personality that is refreshingly authentic, she is a problem solver who rolls up her sleeves to mobilize resources and get things resolved on the rare occasion that problems pop up. She maintains an air of calm confidence while marshalling the resources of colleagues and other stores as needed to get us resolution in a timely fashion that leaves us feeling confident that our clients are in good hands with her. The Tile Shop is a better company with Julia on your team and by extension, so is mine.

This was a great place very helpful The manager was nice The girl that helped us Jesse was exceptionally good knew exactly what to do and how to do it and gave us many many suggestions highly recommend this place. This add on is for the owner. We just briefly spoke to the manager. It's Your employee Jesse that was so great. If it wasn't for her we may not have continued the project. Please give her credit.

We are about to start our second project t with The Tile Shop. They have a huge selection and the staff knows what they're doing. They give great advice and are friendly and accommodating.

I am very happy with my experience here today. Everybody I saw was polite, but the person that helped me was Julia Plungas was top notch. We came in with no plan or idea, and in just 2 hours of her patiently showing us pretty much the whole warehouse, we came out with an itemized estimate. I would highly recommend her to help you. Tip for success: don't be like me, try to come in with a general idea/ style of what you like and a floorplan/ measurements.

We are so happy we were introduced to the Tile Shop! Not only is their selection of tile extensive, but the true reason we love this place is their level of customer service. From our first purchase, the staff here has been absolutely phenomenal with their help and advice. Bruce, Stephen, and Malcolm are excellent design/sales consultants and were very knowledgeable about the product. Their willingness to work with us and make sure we are happy is just so refreshing - I can't say enough good things about this place. Going through an extensive remodel is stressful, so we're thrilled to have found a tile supply store we can trust.
