I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Roofing For Troops! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was easy and stress-free. The sales representative I had, Tim Judd. Sr, was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He took the time to explain all my options and answered all my questions thoroughly, and I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend working with Tim Judd Sr., he went above and beyond, and it's rare to find someone these days that cares, and loves the company he works for. I have a lot of respect for the military, and this company is a small veteran company. They supported us, and fought for us. Even if it's just hiring them to do a small job, you won't be disappointed. My sales representative is also a veteran and he fought for me to get my whole roof replaced through Insurance. Everyone I've spoken with at Roofing for Troops, and the Insurance company regarding my roof, was friendly, caring, and phenomenal in customer service. Everything happened so quickly, Tim and his/the company was on top of everything. I apologize for this post being so long, but I am just so happy with the results of the whole process. Dealing with things like this is never easy for me, and I usually get bad news, except for this time. I was also impressed how quickly the installers completed the whole roof, how well they worked together as a team, how respectful they were of the property, and the cleanup. They did an outstanding job. My only complaint would be that they don't do everything (that I'm aware of), meaning repairs to your home, fixing computer issues, landscaping, installing appliances, painting inside and out, etc. I hope this changes in the future, because I trust this company, and I would hire them again in a second. Thank you again so much for everything Roofing for Troops!!!

I am so happy that the salesman Tim came by my house and asked if he could inspect my Roof. Tim worked with my insurance company, and got it covered for the wind damage. The crew showed up bright and early and got to work. It was 95 and very humid. I provided lots of gatorade, and lemon-ade for them as I was very worried about them. You do not have to provide that for them, but they were so appreciative and helpful with everything. They were completed and cleaned up about 5 PM. The Roof looks beautiful and, I would recommend Roofing for Troopes to do your next Roof! Thank you!!!

Jonathan was the initial point of contact and was very polite and knowledgeable about the product to dealing with insurance. Joe (the owner) even reached out twice during the process to check in. The crew that completed the job were polite, worked their butts off and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company.
